Twice now our order experience has been total Chaos. First time everyone in line was jumping back and forth because nothing was happening in order, and the staff was clueless. Weeks later we ordered online to avoid this mess, only to find that when we arrived, no one knew anything of the order that we placed, as well as called to confirm. We were made to go through the whole line and order our large order again. Poor staff, worse management. The food is great, but it is not near worth the hassle to get it, and this is how poor management kills a good concept.

Well I have to say me and my girlfriend tried this place last night and very disappointing it was. For starters it is not a typical set down restaurant you go through the line to order your food and watch them make it for you. The menu is limited and the prices are a little high for the amount and quality of the food you get. The food and drinks where very blend and you can’t get any alcohol with your meal. I would advise you to go to any other Mexican restaurant in Hagerstown to get a better meal then this one.
