From the moment I walked into Ichiban until the moment I walked out, everything was absolutely amazing. The staff members went above and beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful experience. General Manager Maddie was truly wonderful warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Our server Koby was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time.
The chef was outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure the kids had a fun and exciting experience at the table. It was my nephew’s first hibachi experience and he was mind blown. The food was the best I’ve had fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite was delicious!
The restaurant was also very clean and had a family-friendly environment, which made the experience even better.
I will definitely be visiting again very soon!

I came here a while ago with my partner and we had an amazing experience that we still talk about today. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted us with smiles and guided us to our table right away. The environment felt lively but still comfortable and it was the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy your time, and really take in the experience.
The chef who handled our hibachi table was extremely funny and engaging. He kept everyone laughing and made the cooking process feel like a real performance. It was entertaining to watch, but also impressive to see how skilled and fast he was at preparing the food. The flavors were perfect and everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. You could tell they put care into every part of the meal.
The server was kind and attentive, checking on us often without interrupting our conversations. What stood out the most was the manager who came by several times just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. That level of attention and hospitality is rare and it made us feel genuinely cared for rather than just another table.
The overall vibe was relaxing and we never felt rushed. It was a memorable date and definitely one of the better dining experiences we have had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, good service, and a great atmosphere. A full 10 out of 10.

I have the service at a 5 star because Kelly is amazing! I’ve come here regularly and I’ve had the pleasure of being serviced by her twice the service is night and day when she isn’t the server, she is relatable, nice, and attentive she doesn’t give customers a hard time about their requests or seating preferences. Honestly she made our experience celebrating my engagement enjoyable and 10x more Amazing! I still love Nara’s over Ichiban because of the consistency but if I could have Kelly as a server every time or the same experience with other servers when I visit this location it would be 5 stars hands down.

The Sashimi was extremely fresh as were the sushi rolls. We did not want to sit at the tables where they cooked in front of you which left very limited “bar” seating. It did not look like there were more than 5-6 usable bar seats. If you do sit at the “bar” seating you can clearly see all the stuff behind the hostess booth and by the cash register. With such a small restaurant space I am not sure how this could be remedied. Despite this I will definitely go back because the food was delish!

PHOTOS BELOW!!!!!!! Okay food bad experience. Our drinks from the bar took a while but that wasn’t the problem. Our soups were cold and you could tell the fried onions had been sitting in there for a while. Our chef was terrible. He forgot the peas and carrots in the rice and first and served most of the tables food without it. Then he served the rest of the vegetables at end so everyone ate most of their food and didn’t really get to have any broccoli, zucchini, onions etc. HOWEVER the most ENTERTAINING part was that he forgot who did and didn’t want vegetables so he used way too much. So he had the bright idea of without any inclination dumping the remaining buttery vegetables on my girlfriends plate which she ended having to dump most off and you can even see some in the background, and laugh it off.And even though the food was fresh off the grill it was still cold because the chef had his grill way too low and it was obvious(outside of that I have restaurant/chef experience). Also there was Birthday with really loud squeaky rubber ducks for all the kids that went on for about 10 mins which was really annoying. Would definitely not recommend unfortunately.

Had a great time! Our server, Sierra, was very friendly and always was around for refills, and our hibachi chef was excellent. A little on the pricey side, but very worth it.
