I received great customer. I was greeted with a warm smile. The ice cream was delicious. This establishment was very clean and tidy. There were multiple available tables to sit at. And if someone has a wheelchair they will definitely be able to fit a wheelchair under the table comfortably. And it’s also enough room to bring a stroller inside. I love that there were plenty of napkins nearby as well.

This place is a disgrace compared to their other locations. I come to order, two young boys, 1 just sitting on the counter. Order two twists soft serve waffle cones. The one sitting on the counter says ” I ain’t no how to make a twist cone.” When all is done I had two that I wish I would have went to McDonalds for their $1 soft serve. Never will go to this location. I’ll gladly take the 20 more minute ride to the location on bell in Orland. This location is BAD.

Had very disappointed kids. Don’t bother to make a trip here. They were out of every flavor of ice cream to make the colossal shakes, no cold brew, the soda machine was broken, and all the bathrooms were closed. Do better, Creamery!
