Don’t know what is happening to this particular Dairy queen. The portions are so inconsistent you never know if you are getting less product. However the prices are always consistent This is what we got for a side of pecans, not worth the $$

I HAVE to write a review because I wanted to shout out one of their team members. I didn’t get her name, I forgot, but she was brunette with some fun color in her hair. SHE WAS THE SWEETEST PERSON EVER! And she had amazing customer service! Earlier this week, I came to get ice cream with my grandparents, I dropped them off at the front and I went to park right next to them. As I was getting out of my car, I see her opening the door for my grandparents and helping them in. I was shocked in the best way possible because I’ve just never seen that happen. Especially because she basically had to circle around the entire counter to go and open the door for them. Not only that, once I placed the order and we went to sit down. She dropped off our sweets and offered to get us napkins, again, SO SWEET. Thank you so much for making this experience with my grandparents so special! PLEASE GIVE HER SOME KIND OF AWARD DW

My blizzard was made ahead me arriving and was half melted when handed to me. On the floor is my melted ice cream. they refused to flip it as per their company standards for fear of it falling out….

Waited at the counter for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me while 6 people in the back ignored me along with the managers in the lobby. Then waited 20 minutes for our order. After having to ask where my food was they finally got it for me and forgot my daughters ice cream and ranch. Glad the managers hanging out in the lobby were there to completely drop the ball. Haven’t been here in a while and won’t be coming back. But I will be letting every person I come in contact with know that this location is garbage.

I ordered a cherry dipped cone and it was pretty good but then my wife let me try a bit of her shake and it was way better. I should have ordered one of those instead. Oh well, life is full of many such disappointments and it’s important not to linger on them.
