Fusion Bites is such a hidden gem in Louisville. The empanadas are fresh, crispy, and full of flavor — you can tell they’re made with care. The paninis are delicious and filling, and the coffee is the perfect complement. The service was excellent and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming.
