I came through the drive thru today. The lady at the window was very polite. Whoever was making the sandwiches in the back needs to go back to being trained. Their new Italian sub sandwich looks wonderful on the menu, but when I received my Italian sub it had no veggies on the blan sandwich. The beef and cheddar sandwiches were below par, the bun was mush. I’m so tired of spending $30.00 on crap!

In a great location right off the highway and right back on if needed. This Arby’s is very spacious and clean. The drive through staff was very friendly and the food was hot. I’ve stopped here many times and don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed.

Ordered a gyro and it was horrible and so was the fries. The meat was overly cooked and hard IT WAS LIKE THEY MICROWAVE IT and my fries also hard and cold. I been wanting a gyro and it was horrible! THEY EVEN WRAPPED IT UP LIKE IT WAS NICE AND NEAT LITTLE LETTUCE AND TOMATOES AND SAUCE. I’ll stick to buying gyros from Authentic restaurants for now on. STAFF AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO BEEN! TIRED OF ORDERING FOOD DELIVERY AND IT’S ALL MESSY! PEOPLE CAN’T SPEND MONEY LIKE THAT IT’S GETTING HARD OUT HERE AND Y’ALL WANT TO DO WHAT EVER. Hit the drive-thru just before 11 today on 12/27. The guy says nothing as he hands me the bag and turns his back while closing the window. I was not given a chance to ask for more napkins etc. Very rude staff here always.

This Arby’s fast food restaurant was surprisingly clean, well lit dine in room, the atmosphere was light and welcoming. The visit to the bathroom was a good check up. The prices were reasonable

My beef and cheddar had more cheese on the wrapper than the sandwich. Why did you skimp on the cheese? At least my curly fries were hot and fresh. Apple turnover was okay too. Person at counter could have been a little friendlier. I kinda felt unwelcome.

I used the drive thru at Arby’s. There were 2 cars ahead of me. In a matter of minutes, I was placing my order. About 5 minutes later, I was at window. Cashier is polite and my food was ready. My order was correct and food was hot(right temp). Would go there again.
3/21/2022 – Used drive thru today. Car line moved well. I ordered a Roast Beef double meal and Reuben meal. Since it was lunch time and I got the Reuben, I knew it would not be ready when I got to the window. Friendly cashier. Pulled into spot 2 and food was delivered in less than 5 mins. Hot and fresh. Keep up the good service.

I love Arby’s french toast sticks, however, I was disappointed with my last order. Before leaving the parking lot I checked to make sure my order was correct. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw “brick hard french toast sticks.” Who in their right mind would give those to a customer?!!! The good thing is I was close by and was able to get a replacement order. This location really has went downhill.
