This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The store was absolutely filthy. The staff were preparing food without gloves, and the kitchen looked dirty and unsanitary.

I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived the food was not ready. I had to wait 20 minutes just for one salad, which is ridiculous.

I ordered 3 Mexican Cokes, and they didn’t even have them in stock.

When I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn’t do it, which is completely unacceptable considering the situation.

When I finally opened my food, I was shocked. The avocado was brown, clearly not fresh, and the portion size was extremely small.

Overall, this was a disgusting and disappointing experience. I will never come back, and management seriously needs to address the cleanliness and food quality issues at this location.

This was so poorly made. Missing ingredients, they RUINED the food with so much sour cream and hot sauce even though I didn’t ask for extra! The salad was soggy. I also ordered a tortilla on the side and it was all crumbled up, undercooked and smelled weird. Don’t waste your money here!!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I ordered via a delivery app and it took forever to get the order. The courier was at the restaurant for over 20 minutes and relayed that they were taking forever processing orders. They finally send him on his way and when he arrives I take my order, open it up and guess what? It’s the wrong order. And not even like slightly wrong. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and got CHICKEN. I’m thinking no big deal, I’ll just get a refund and try again people mess up. So I ordered the SAME EXACT THING when I got my refund. Same issue, the courier is sitting there for 20 mins waiting for my order. They took so long the first person gave up and a new delivery person was assigned. I finally get my order for the SECOND TIME and I swear I can’t make this up. They put SOMEONE ELSES order in MY BAG!!!!!! I swear the people working there tonight collectively fight over 2 braincells and whoever was making my order clearly lost the battle. SMH Do we not know the difference between steak and chicken????? I swear you can’t make this up.

They were slammed with a line out the door and I still got what I wanted. I have been to probably 100 chipotles and I was really happy with this. Usually employees get pissed and will skimp you on portions but they did a great job and Im super grateful.

This place could easily be 5 star if they fix their portions. While they have a healthy portion of guacamole which is what we love to see, they were drastically cheap with the chicken which is the protein and what you are paying for. If they could make these minor adjustment I would say they blow their local competition out the water, everything tasted great and was well put together.

The first time I ordered from this location the rice was uncooked and completely omitted the chicken from half our orders; now after a year I try to order from it again and while everything was cooked properly, the assembly was messy and not in proportion.
The bowl I ordered had like 20 strands of lettuce and cheese, and the quesadilla looked so manhandled and also not equally dispersed ingredients. I have ordered from the other locations and never had an issue. I do enjoy chipotle as a whole however. This location just might need a visit for retraining or something.

now the food is always good that’s not the problem here, or at any chipotle at that. It’s always the service!!! Now i worked in food places before and these are not the type of people you want working in your establishment. Workers who stare at you from the register people in the back and sometimes they just be talking in spanish chilling. They see a long line but because they are only the cashier for the day they don’t help on the line, and i honestly feel bad for the person who starts your order. it’s very rude because you obviously see your co worker needs help but because its not your job to serve you the second part of your bowl they won’t help at all they leave the front to go restock cups. Customers priority should always be the first thing for every restaurant. You need people who care about the company not people who just come do a half job everyone job there is to provide for the customer

Let me just start off by saying. Im EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED by the way i was treated at chipotle. As i was paying for my food i was told i had to be in my complete uniform in order to be honored the LEO discount and if i was a detective i need to show my weapon which is completely uncalled for. I have went to plenty of chipotle and was honored a discount just by showing my ID card. This really sickens me. I am not required to show my weapon to ANYONE outside of my job and THE AUDACITY IS blantly disrespectful.
