Woodbury McDonalds is usually a lot better than the Smithville McDonalds. But yesterday wasn’t a good day
My double burger looked like it had been on the grill for a while, completely dried out amd the buns was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted on my burger. Fries were good because they were ordered with No Salt. So they were freshly cooked. The cashier and the girl at the window who hands you your food were both very nice. But when I pay for a Double Cheeseburger and a Triple Cheeseburger
I expect them to be at least hot and not dried up. I habent been to Smithville McDonalds in a year Because of this.

They had to pull every single car forward in the drive through. There was probably 6 cars waiting. Each time they brought food out they would come to a window and ask if it was yours.

This place is worse every time we go. At least the order was correct. I gave my daughter most of my soggy medium fry and it still disnt dill up her large fry. The self serve kiosk that you are forced to use was out of paper so we had no clue when our order was up. Took several minutes to get the attention of anyone to get our drink glasses and then find out if that was our order. Food was like warm at best. The comments of the staff about our order when placed was rude as well. They place was.dirty and my shoe stuck to the floor and almost came off. Noone seems to care there.

I love this mcdonalds! The employees are always super efficient and friendly, especially the main manager (glasses, i think his name is john), and if they make a mistake they always do their best to make it right! They put up with so much and still greet with a smile, its really nice to see 🙂

I ordered a large premium coffee, but they gave me a small cup placed inside a large cup. When I asked about it, they said it was double-cupped because the first cup was acting funny. It’s not fair to try to cheat a customer over coffee due to laziness. If they would cheat someone over coffee, what else will they cheat you over?

12 min , to get an order out with empty drive-through at 10:20 am for two steak breakfast sandwich it’s insane it’s not a fast food anymore.

Clean, access to WiFi. Much to my surprise, they brought the order to my table. Each clerk was able to place my order accurately without assistance from me or the manager. Parking is a bit tight and sometimes the drive thru line blocks access to the parking spots.
