This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever stepped into. No outlets. No Wi-Fi. And you can’t even use the bathroom without tracking someone down and asking like it’s some kind of privilege. Who thought locking the restrooms was a good idea? The place is locked down tighter than Fort Knox. Seriously—what were you thinking? Instead of making the environment welcoming, it feels hostile and uncomfortable, like the goal is to push people out rather than serve them.

I had A BOGO receipt survey coupon for a sandwich. The manager said they would not honor it & that it was only good at the location that printed the receipt. I have never had this happen before. I’ve used these receipt coupons on road trips all across the USA.

It’s aggravating as hell when you work late nights so on your days off, you’re up in the middle of the night and you try to go somewhere that says they’re 24 hours on Google and they’re never ever serving food. It’s 140 in the middle of the night and the guy says give me a moment there’s not one car in the parking lot Not one car in the drive Through, whatever they’re doing in there can’t wait until after they give me my food? I work at dennys in the middle of the night also and I have a lot of cleaning duties to do too So I understand more than anybody, but I stopped whatever I’m doing and take care of the customer. It’s just really annoying.

My husband just came to get food it was HORRIBLE one i got the 2 cheeseburgers only mustard ,onion ,pickles. Well what I got was a burger no cheese and all mayo that I am allergic too and it was on his way home so no I can’t go back my sweet tea was unsweetened and my husband who asked for cheese and ketchup only got the works ( except mayo) so that was a waste of time money food and I still had to door dash from another place so that we could eat. We both work nightshift so this was inconvenient! ( to say the less) Also when the handed my husband the teas and he waited for 10 min a rude girl said waht are you waiting for my polite husband responded with my order like the food part pleqase and she was actually upset about that . I would like a owner not one of the staff pretending to be one to reach out to me please.

I just left your location on Delaware Ave in Ft Pierce. The phone number is not working. How do I get in touch with a manager without going back over there? I got a twenty piece nugget I shared with my kids and after my kids ate almost half of them I ate one and it was RAW in the middle. Breaking the leftovers open a bunch more were raw. Waited at the drive thru 45 mins!! Screens are all broken, slow service, can’t understand the guy at the drive thru what so ever. His English was terrible. They took 1 car at a time literally 1 every 10 mins .
