I’ve been curious about this place since it opened but had not made it by until yesterday evening.
I was the only one in line and ordered one classic sandwich, it took like 8 minutes.
I ordered the classic chicken salad on a croissant just to test drive their product since there is a wide range of what folks call chicken salad.
When I finally got my sandwich it turned out to be white bread rather than croissant but I didn’t have time to go back.
The dollop of chicken salad didnt cover the bread, and barely covered the willy lettuce. The tomatoes were nice.
The chicken salad was plain white with lots of mayo and over minced so not much texture.
It wasn’t gross at all, it just wasn’t worth a where near $8.00.
The young man at the window was pleasant so there’s that.

I’ve visited this Chicken Salad Chick location several times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently negative. On multiple occasions, I’ve encountered an employee named Renee who was disrespectful and provided poor service. While I enjoy the food, the repeated negative interactions with this particular employee have significantly impacted my overall impression of the restaurant.

Excellent service. The manager greeted my mom and I as we walked in to the restaurant. She was also song table touches and was extremely friendly. All of the associates provided exceptional customer service. The food is delicious. My favorite is the sassy scotty. My mom tried the strawberry salad and she said it was devine. I also really enjoyed the broccoli salad.

This is the second time that I have eaten here and have gotten sick afterwards. I can’t say for sure that it is because of their chicken salad or broccoli salad but I really do find it odd. The first time, I thought maybe it was a fluke but after today, I will not be going back to this location.

Just WOW on this amazing Chicken Salads of all sorts… we had the Lemon Basil and Buffalo Style chick/salad on a croissant…it came with pickle, one choice side and a cookie …drink is additional…our cashier was very helpful and explained to us the ins and outs of it all… you have the choice to : 1.grab and go in containers, 2. call in orders, 3. dine in, 4. drive thru, 5. order online, or have pkUp 6. DoorDash… there is a bar code on your receipt that you can take a picture with your phone to take a quick survey…look at my pics to pull up a menu or use their app… lots to see and choose from… you can also have a chicken salad /salad… with a scoop on a bed of spring salad mix… or choose a sandwich on croissants, white or wheat bread toasted… they also offer soup of the day… place is very open and has plenty of seating … they have choices of coke products, Minute Maid pink and reg lemonade or sweet tea … well worth stopping by… Hope you all have a great yummy experience as we did today… bathrooms are one stall but clean… The SmithClan
