Dog walkers indoor cafe ( not us )
Doesn’t look like photos on the website. Cosy with log burning fire in the center of the cafe. Needs better management, the cafe needs a good spring clean ! Dirty menus ! Cobwebs & dust and dirty terrace .

Popped in for lunch whilst away on holiday, my wife, myself and 2 dogs, absolutely no issues having these sat under the table, food was delicious, service was very quick and friendly

Visited last Friday, when starting a few drinks around the Barbican. Shown to a lovely window seat, by very friendly member of staff, overlooking the sea, which was impressive due to the high winds & heavy rain. Sat behind thick glass, the bad weather didn’t matter as the log fire in the middle of the room was light, giving comforting warmth. A few rounds of drinks, plus a couple of hot starters from the menu, made a great start to a wonderful evening.

Have loved this place for a long time , recently things have changed . An important if not the most important part of a cafe is the staff . Always been friendly and made one feel welcome, not so much now . The new Manager is unapproachable, and seems to actively discourage staff from chatting to the customers. He has made sudden changes out of character with place . We all know changes happen , but please not this way . Regulars spend a lot of money all year round. , this is under threat . Sad .

We went for breakfast. The view out the venue is lovely but it the advertisement photos certainly show the inside to be a lot better than it is. I wouldn’t say that it’s the romantic setting they think it is especially for younger couples. The price was average for the area but I did find the size of the elements of the dish a little small ie the two sausages added to what I’d expect of one. The services was good and very quick although my egg was heavily over cooked so I do think they batch cook a few things. The table also wasn’t too clean and the servers all had winter coats on due to the layout of the premises

Came across Pier One as I was looking for somewhere nice to have some breakfast. I thought it was excellent value for money, and tasted so nice. It definitely filled a hole as it kept me going until late afternoon. Enjoyed a beautiful view as I was eating it too. I’d definitely return here if I go back to Plymouth in the future.

Tara and the team at Pier One were incredibly helpful in the lead up to, and day of our wedding. They helped to bring our vision to life. On the day of the wedding, Tara was always checking to ensure we were having a good time and the venue set up was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for more. The food tasted great. The DJ was amazing. The bar staff were friendly.
