On 12/7/2025 at 3:30 am I went to this location and was immediately told they are not accepting orders because they are preparing for breakfast, I then made a mobile order and was given a hard time. There was a lady who was standing in the drive thru talking to an employee for over 20 minutes and refused to move. These employees should be fired

I ordered a frappe, with espresso. This seemed reasonable enough. The espresso was an extra $3 up charge and it was still available for order on the app. Usually when it isn’t available you are not able to order it on the app or they will cancel your order (at a good McDonald’s) this McDonald’s however is extremely lazy and likes to cost their customers their time. I placed the order and drove from home to pick it up at the counter.. They waited until I arrived to tell me there was a problem, when I asked if their machine was dirty they replied yes and that it would take 18 minutes to clean it. Perhaps trying to get me to settle but they have done this to me too many times and I’m tired of going through customer service for a refund when they should just be able to do their job efficiently. Anyway I told them I would wait for them to clean the machine and I have been here now for 20 minutes so I took the time to write the review. Not to mention they were being completely unprofessional behind the counter. I asked for the managers name which was Janelis and I don’t think she was pleased with because I did hear some remarks from around the wall. I just don’t appreciate losing money and time EVERY TIME I come here just because employees want to CUT CORNERS and not do their job completely.

This store has gone downhill since it got a new manager. They have no sense of how to run a store. They rush thru orders and make mistakes consistently. And forget food items so much more often than they used to. Train your staff better, its not their fault.

Only giving one star for service. Haven’t had the food. Haven’t been inside. The outside is clean. Have been here two times now for an Uber eats pickup and they said that they don’t have Uber eats and they don’t do it. If I find the time I’m going to call corporate. This is just ridiculous, I waited thereafter to see if I could pick up any other orders. The place was empty. I imagine they’re losing a lot of money because of whatever is going on here. I’ve seen restaurants that are overwhelmed with Uber eats. Doordash but to deny a customer and then a delivery person. The orders is not proper at all and something should be done about it by upper management. In my opinion. That’s all

This is supposed to be a 24hr McDonald’s— why is it that I placed my order around 2:45-3AM and then I go to pick up my order for the worker to tell me they aren’t taking orders at this time. Like what???? If that’s the case then why did the McDonald’s app allow me to place the order and charge my card. She told me to cancel my order because they won’t be able to make it. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it’s honestly ridiculous. They’re opened 24hrs all day, but don’t order past 1AM cause the workers close the restaurant early and refuse to make the food you paid for.

If you plan to come to this McDonald’s night time hours, good luck, even though is 24 hours they will have every excuse in the book to not make your order. About the 4th time that it has happened to me, this McDonald’s is Paying workers to not do their jobs which is baffling. I typically never really leave reviews because I try to be understanding for inconveniences but this has happened 4 times already which clearly it marks it as an ongoing problem since there’s also other reviews speaking on the problem. Hopefully the owners actually do something besides giving generic copy and paste answers to the bad reviews that speak on this.

This place has hired people who barely understand your order, 9 out of 10 its always wrong. I spoke with the manager and complained to her and she didnt even apologize. She just said ok ill tell them and walked away. The employees there don’t know what they are doing!!!

On November 8th, night shift around 1AM, I used the McDelivery feature for my food and was missing half the stuff I was supposed to get. Ordered a happy meal- was missing the fries, toy, and apple slices.
