Highly impressive dining experience. It’s a very modernized Mexican atmosphere rooted in tradition but with a more upbeat bass line. The Queso is perfect and everything included with the Perdos Favorite dish had an excellent taste with every single bite. Especially notable was the tostada and the hamburger used isn’t “junk” meat but a decent blend of beef as well as other quality ingredients. The service was amazing as well and my waitress was a fantastic one.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt it would be criminal not to do so in this case. My husband and I regularly eat at this Pedro’s, and we are always satisfied. The food is always great, the service friendly and expedient, the prices good, and the dining area clean. I cannot recall a single negative experience in the years we’ve been coming to this restaurant.
Tonight, December 21st, we had an exceptional time, and the food was magical. Our waitress, Alyana, was perfect. Our orders were not our usuals – we had the grilled chicken quesadilla and pork carnitas. I had the latter and it is not an exaggeration to say I will be dreaming of the carnitas tonight. I don’t know how they cooked the onions, but I would like to find out so I could bathe in them.
All in all, Pedro’s is a 10/10 and if you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out.

Went for the first time on a Tuesday night. Ate at the bar. The drinks were delicious the food was ok. Ordered a bunch of different things to try. Food came out very quick. The employees were attentive and kind. The bartender was very new and was not knowledgeable about the menu or any information. Probably a lack of training she was very nice overall. They were out of the tequila that was on the specialty margarita menu. Something was wrong with most of the draft beers. There was a very pungent smell almost like sewer as soon as we walked into the restaurant. Seems like they need some help to improve.

I recently ate here. It was just okay. It wasn’t nothing spectacular. The main thing that I was worried about was the portion sizes of the food I really didn’t get full. The entry that I ordered I thought it was going to be enough to fill me up but it really wasn’t enough. I just went home after I left there to make a little more food to fill me up. But other than that, everything else was pretty good. The atmosphere was good and the service from the servers are pretty good.

I visited Pedro Tacos and Bar recently, and while there were some positives, unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations.
The Good:
One of the best things about Pedro Tacos and Bar is that it was open, even during difficult weather conditions. The service was a bright spot—fast, friendly, and attentive. The staff worked hard to ensure we were taken care of, which was much appreciated.
The Food:
I ordered the grilled steak, but sadly, it lacked seasoning and didn’t have much flavor. My friend ordered fish and shrimp, and while the shrimp was decent, the fish tasted old and wasn’t fresh, which was disappointing. Considering the expectations for a place offering seafood and grilled dishes, this was a letdown.
Room for Improvement:
With such great service and a convenient location, Pedro Tacos and Bar has the potential to be a fantastic spot, but the quality and flavor of the food need serious attention. Fresh ingredients and proper seasoning would make a huge difference and bring the dishes to life.
Final Thoughts:
While I appreciated the fast service and welcoming atmosphere, the food quality left me feeling underwhelmed. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve the freshness and flavor of their dishes because it has the potential to be a great place. For now, it’s a mixed experience.

I ate here yesterday. The food was pretty good, although the tostada I ordered had way too much sour cream. The tamale and rice were delicious. The atmosphere was also pretty good but I felt that the music was a little too loud, and it wasn’t the traditional Mexican music that you usually hear. The reason I’m leaving a 5 star review, however, is because of the server that took care of us. His name was Juan, and he was amazing. Juan was so attentive, very genuine, and had a really nice, friendly smile. I complimented him at the end of the meal on his amazing customer service, and he told me that he had only been working there for about a week. I sincerely hope that the management realizes how fortunate they are to have someone like Juan working for them.

Decent place. The girl at the bar was super friendly and professional. I found the lighting to be very bright which deterred a feel of coziness. The food was decent but did not taste authentic. Keep in mind. I’m from Texas, so my tastes are semi set in stone but it is a large enough place to house a large party but that would probably be my only reason to return. But, check it out for yourself…. And let me know

Food was bland. I got a flauta, a quesadilla and an enchilada. No flavor. The salsa is watered down and also nothing special. The building does look new and it is clean. Was very difficult to get our servers attention. The atmosphere is very loud on Wednesday nights. Music is super loud and then they have bingo. You cannot hear your conversation at your table. There are several other Mexican restaurants in town that are much better.
