I knew we messed up by the how dirty the place was.

Nothing like spending $50 getting this delivered and getting 20 grains of rice in your bowl filled with fatty grizzly grill scraped meat that you have to pick through to find something edible. Been trying this location for years trying to change my mind and it is always consistently bad. Worst location around by far. So disappointed.

I give them one star for their cookies and brownie wrapping. I wonder if they themselves have ever tried unwrapping their own cookies or brownies?
It’s next to impossible getting that wrapping off. It takes meticulous handling trying to locate just where the wrap begins to help you take it off. Eventually, I needed to perform surgery and get my knife out and cut away some and still it wouldn’t come out. I lost part of the cookie due to its crumbling under the pressure of being unwrapped.
Perhaps, Qdoba could find a new approach to wrapping its desserts. Maybe take a look at how FIREHOUSE SUBS wrap their brownies? A picture at this time would speak volumes.

I got Uber eats as I’ve been on the road for several days and just wanted a day at my hotel without driving. I am always reluctant to order delivery as my food always seems thrown together without a care and half portioned. I am happy to say that was not the case with your food. It was all delicious and the portions were perfect. I didn’t feel my food was just tossed in a bag with no care. Thank you.

I don’t understand why the “on the side” option is available if it never comes with my order. Again and again the completely forget items on my online order. Contact them directly through the app 2x now and its been 3 days with NO RESPONSE. Called store and asked for a manager directly and was on hold for 10 minutes before it disconnected. And the toll free phone number just rings. No answer. This place is a JOKE!!!!! This location at Alpine Walker, Michigan needs to retain, rehire, or close! Or maybe just go back to kindergarten to learn manners and how to read!
