What an unexpected find. We were looking for some place to eat and just happened to be passing by and decided to stop. It was crowded even after the lunch rush. 4 oz burger was great and plenty of fries. Prices were very reasonable. Staff was very attentive. Never saw dirty tables. There is something for everybody at this place. Give it a shot. Be awesome if they’d open a franchise in Charlotte

This place is a gem. No frills just delicious burgers or as I have seen fantabulous and oh such yummy fries. We were in town for a visit and I can’t wait to go back. The black bean burger was a great option for our vegetarian eater. The serving of fries are so generous and so good. I love how casual everything is, just a low key, and friendly vibe. You can tell this is a popular place. BTW, I got the smaller burger size and it was perfect! Winner!

This restaurant is one of my go-to places when I want a quick, easy, and really satisfying Burger/Grilled Chicken Sandwich and fries. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich is actually my favorite menu item. It has a great grilled flavor and is usually cooked perfectly. I get cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, pickles & onion on it. I get a side of honey mustard and chili to dip my fries in. No, not together with the Honey Mustard and Chili. I dip in them separately. Both are so good it’s hard not to have both. The fries are delicious. They season them really well with lemon, pepper, and salt. The Burgers are also good. It seems to me the Burgers are probably frozen patties, but they may not be. I am just assuming based on my taste, but I could be wrong. There are two Burger sizes. Both come with fries and a drink. Their lemonade is delicious. The service is excellent. You order by filling out an ordering ticket that has the menu listed on it. You pay after your meal, so hold onto your ordering slip. There is indoor and outdoor seating. If you eat outdoors, you can order at the window on the side of the building. This is a must-try if you visit or live in the area.

Service is great and the atmosphere is nice and homey. Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that all burgers are cooked well-done with no option on the fill in menu for other prep levels (medium rare is the best option).

We perused Red Robin, Five Guys and this place was highly rated on Google Reviews, it’s staff were welcoming just walk up to the counter and like an old country store grab an order book and tick off what you want and how you want it. Their way is simple and yet effective. Non pretentious atmosphere prices include fries and beverage. Give it a go, you too will like it.

It wasn’t very busy so I was in and out real quick. My burger with tasty and I’ve loved the spices on the fries. Whatever fries that were left over from the ride home went into the air fryer.

Great food that are reasonably priced! Our only critique is that the fries were too soggy and oily. We ordered the roast beef sandwich, olde fashioned burger, and PT hot dog. They all came with a fries and a beverage. Olde fashioned burger was $11.40. Roast beef was $8.64. Hot dog was $7.24. Extra dressing was 55 cents. Customer service was awesome as well. We will be returning customers.

PT’S grill in Wilmington was delicious . The service was amazing as soon as we walked into the door. I ordered the burger and a hotdog and both were excellent. Would have been a 5 star but the prices were a little high for burgers and hotdogs. Overall everything was great.

I had the old fashioned burger, it was fantastic. Tasted exactly how a good burger should. Fries were great, well seasoned, and were potato fries. Nothing negative to say about the place. I will be back.

The food is good, but the burgers are cooked too well done. The service was great! It was busy when I got there, and my burger came fast. The fries were amazing, but the burgers are served very well done. I like a juicy burger, so I can’t give a 5 star rating. The dining area is very smokey from the grill.
