Disappointed i cant give zero stars……we came in after work for a quick(or so we thought) dinner before driving an hour home. We placed our DINE IN order at 837pm. After 20 minutes of waiting we seen our sandwiches and one drink on our tray sitting on the counter in the back. Waited another 15 minutes and we still didn’t get our food…..( they just needed 2 large fries and a frappe to complete our order.) Finally we get our food and our burgers are cold so my husband asked for fresh ones. Bc they had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes at this point. Now we have hot fries and no burgers. The ” manager” on duty says sorry we were trying to get the frappe machine to work. And gave us an attitude bc we wanted fresh burgers bc in her words ” apparently they were cold”. Then when we get our fresh burgers 10 MINUTES later she says ” I’m sorry we are short handed I don’t know what you want me to do” ….then the guy from the back comes out and says sorry about the wait we are short handed not much we can do. And when we say that waiting 40 minutes for 2 meals is unacceptable especially when we watched at least 6 cars come and go through the drive through. He just shrugged his shoulders threw his hands up and walked away.We frequently eat at this McDonald’s after late nights at work before heading home. Probably won’t be anymore.

How professional to prioritize people in the drive thru, not letting them wait more than 5 minutes, when you have people waiting over 30 mins in the lobby and then try to give those already pissed off customers cold fries. Not a good practice, do better. Im sure yall were planning on handing the fresh fries out the drive thru till my husband said something about ours being cold

People that work there are 80% of the time standing near the front window chatting laughing not doing anything waiting on the food to get to them, and it’s usually at least 4 or 5 people. It’s always near the beginning of lunch, and the end of breakfast suffers so bad because of it. I refuse to use the app anymore because of this location, there is no point to it, they have canceled my orders specifically by the lunch switch, when I put my orders in 20 minutes before the food switch to lunch, and by the time I get there and have to wait for the 2 people ahead of me at the speakers, because, for some reason this location takes 20 minutes for a person to go threw the line, by the time I get to the speaker I get my notification my order has been canceled at 10:32 or the earliest I had one canceled was 3 minutes before lunch time and I was next in line. So yeah the service here is not anything worth while. They think they have a good crew and stroke eachother off about it, mocking customers that annoy them and yeah 10 out of 10 service, will not be going here again. Today I spent 25 minutes in line for 2 sausage sandwiches

Their fries are always stale, by the time you get home (0.2 miles) they are cold. They must sit under the heater for a long time.
I really dislike that you can’t get any refills at this location because they removed their pop machine.
I’ve tried this location several times and I just can’t get over the bad fries. I’ve also never waited so long for food or for someone to take your order. I’ll skip McDonald’s next time.

Unfortunately you can’t leave zero stars, because that’s what I would have done. You don’t even deserve one star.
The girl is the pick up window, started to hand me my drinks and told me here’s my diet, and I stopped her right there. I didn’t order a diet. She asked what drinks do I order. I said a large Dr
Pepper, a large coke and a med coke. She says oh those are y9ye drinks I just don’t know what one is which. Then she was in fact I’m correct and mixed mine and my passengers drinks up
Then……we wait 14 more minutes for our food. Which NOTHING was even hot. The fries didn’t even get eaten, they were absolutely disgusting

You can put in an order THROUGH THE MCDONALDS APP ITSELF FOR DELIVERY and have a doordash driver on the way over there to get it and they will just cancel it on you, but nobody knows why but apparently someone did it. But now I get to wait 5 business days for a refund. The last time they shorted me food. Will not go here again. The caps is for an edit to respond to the owner trying to blame doordash in their response and make them look good.

The first time I came here I ordered online to bring it to a table. The girl who brought it over had spilled the sodas all over my tray and food and napkins and didn’t even bother to say “hey you know what? I’m sorry that was my bad, let me get you a new one.”
I had to go up to the counter and switch my fries out because they had pop all over them. Then when I handed them over the guy just took them and wandered off for 20 minutes and came back and said “what do you need?” Uhhh my fries you dip.
Then I got back to my table and my bun was rock hard. I don’t expect a 5 star experience but I do expect my food to not be stale. One of the employees was eating there and chose to sit by my table and continued to annoy me with “I’m so sorry about that.” Every 3 minutes. As if that was helping at all. After we ate my daughter and I ordered a flurry and a cope pumpkin pies. Ohhhh but someone didn’t do their job so they gas only one pumpkin pie, did we want apple inststead? Did I order an apple pie?? I ordered what I wanted. Not according to your ability to toss some pies on a cookie sheet and put them in an oven and start a timer.
But, figuring maybe it was a fluke. Rubbed it off and gave it another try for breakfast this morning.
Just go to say, it wasn’t a fluke. They’re just rude, inconsiderate, and don’t deserve another chance. If you want fresh food, don’t go here.

Wow. Not exactly sure how to describe what happened to me… I had high hopes for this delicious meal after a long days work and sadly, I was disappointed. I ordered a Mcchicken and fries. I got home, about 3 minutes away, and I opened my bag and the fries were cold, and I figured, oh well, I’ll still eat them because I’m starving… I open my Mcchicken and I’ll leave it to you to guess what’s missing here. Take a guess.

Ownership must Suck here because the mgrs I talked to about my issues are clearly understaffed! Culvers down the road fully staffed and clean. McDonald’s at this location filthy.
Don’t take it out on the staff. The owners of this franchise are NOT even close to McD standards
