The machine was out of ALL soft drinks, the ketchup containers were out, and waited almost 20 minutes for my order while employees were laughing and playing, it’s unorganized, and the restroom were nasty. I usually go for a Taco Salad. This time I went because of a 2-for-1 deal. I ordered on my phone, and it offered the 2-for-1 deal. I get to the drive-thru restaurant and explain to another worker what I was offered. It never said that and I now no longer want Wendy’s Taco Salad. I can get a better salad other places. Take this with a grain of salt because Wendy’s Chili is good but the service needs an update. Who knows I may have missed anything in my order?

Got my order messed up in the drive thru…no biggie. Went inside to get it corrected. One guy on the counter handling a customer. Manager walked past me and kept going. Sat there long enough I just put the food on the counter and told them they could have the food back. But I would not be spending any money at this location again.
The whole time standing inside was never acknowledged by any employees…but plenty of them saw me standing there but every single one looked at me and the food I had in hand, knowing full well there was a mistake made.

HANDS DOWN the best Wendy’s CONSISTENTLY. I visit this Wendy’s monthly and the food is always Fire doesn’t matter the day of week or time. The staff is personable with your order and care about the food they are putting out and timely! Will always continue to come visit this location!

My sister-in-law visited this Wendy’s location two nights ago and had a very concerning experience. Part of her order was missing, and when she politely brought it to the staff’s attention, one of the male employees became extremely aggressive and began using profanity. He even made verbal threats toward her, despite her remaining calm throughout the encounter — I have video evidence showing this.
The situation escalated further when the employee called his father and went outside to continue making threats. As a member of the United States Army, I find this behavior completely unacceptable. No customer — especially a service member’s family member — should ever be treated this way.
I am extremely disappointed and concerned for the safety of customers at this location. If I could give this Wendy’s a rating below one star, I would.

I used to be homeless and had to eat leftovers off of other people’s plates, and I would sincerely rather go back to that than deal with this staff or the way they handle food again. Rubbing their face then grabbing food with no gloves, touching the trash can with gloves on and pushing trash down and then grabbing fries. Throws the bag of food at you like it’s a problem you’re there. Clearly a culture problem. That is 100% the responsibility of any and all leadership at this establishment.

Slowest place I’ve ever been to — drive thru with 2 cars shouldn’t take 28 minutes at noon and we shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes inside with 1 person in front of us to JUST place our order. There is ZERO urgency at this location and if you’re on a tight lunch break AVOID this place at all costs. The employees move like snails and the managers couldn’t care less about what their team is doing. This isn’t a one time occasion, it’s been every single time.
