Place is dirty, food was cold even though I waited 39 minutes for it. I paid 90 cents extra to get a medium lemonade with my meal and they gave me a small and tried to say it was a medium even though it says small on the cup. And there were several items missing from the order as well as incorrect toppings on multiple sandwiches. I had to wait almost 20 minutes at the counter to get help correcting the order. I finally did get help after themanger went to another employee and told him he had asked us to leave twice and we weren’t listening, when he had only said once you get all your food you have to leave which we hadn’t. And he hadn’t come up to us at all to see why we were still there.

Ordered on mobile app for drive through because lobby didn’t open tell 6. Got there after 6 and went inside to get order. Drive through was full. Was told to switch my order to pick up at counter which i did.Then my whole order got canceled. Not sure why the worker couldn’t go check with drive through to see if they had my order. Won’t return to this location.

Omg Can I give A Shoutout Too Dustin And Chelsea I went in at around 9:15 on 10/15/25 and I swear it was one right after another Dustin was on the headset and at the first Window and he was so happy it made me happy then we hit the 2nd window and miss Chelsea full of smiles and so polite I swear this is what customer service is supposed to be I know McDonald’s is hard I used to work at one but you guys brought me joy yall deserve a raise

Came to this McDonalds to get some food before going home and Dustin and Chelsey definitely deserve a raise. Dustin was at the first Window all happy and smiles and Chelsey was absolutely happy and very polite they both definitely need raises I will definitely be coming back
