I had an amazing experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru thanks to Jasmine! From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly nice, calm, and welcoming through the speaker, which instantly set a positive tone for my visit. She took my order clearly and patiently, making sure everything was correct without rushing me, even though it was busy. Her calm energy came through even over the drive-thru headset, which says a lot. When I reached the window, she was just as friendly in person — smiling, polite, and genuinely kind. Jasmine definitely passed the vibe check. She made the whole experience feel smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable, which isn’t something you always get in a fast-food drive-thru. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and McDonald’s is lucky to have her. I’d be happy to come back knowing I might be helped by her again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It would be really cool if this location could get an order correct. I order no mayo, my sandwich is slathered in mayo. I order hot honey wraps, they give me buffalo wraps. I understand this is a fast paced job, but reading and listening are not that complicated. No receipt either, why give a receipt when you messed up the order right? Carl’s Jr from now on I guess, at least they can get it right.

When I went to McDonald’s the drive thru was fairly quick but when I got my order I was missing sauce, not a big deal so I run in and grab some sauce. When I walked into McDonald’s I smelled a strong rancid odor, almost like sewage I decided to get my sauce quickly and then get out. After grabbing my sauce I sat in my car to eat, my fries were cold and stale, tasted like they’ve been sitting under the heating lamp since last night. My cheeseburger buns were soggy and tasted old, the meat and cheese tasted old. The only thing that was good was the orange Fanta.

Had to wait 15 minutes in drive thru for 2 fresh hot n spicy. Went around the drive thru and they weren’t aware that I wasnt given my order and I would’ve stayed out there longer with my car on wasting gas. Then they gave me two hot n spicy which may have been cook to order from the start but are not cook to order due to the time I was waiting. By the time I got home. Both sandwiches were not warm.

The employees — including manager Maria — are rude and always argumentative. Items are often missing, and the Big Mac lettuce was brown. No one takes responsibility, and I expect better service and quality.
