I went to get a happy meal at this McDonalds on Nov 15, 2025 at 6:20pm, and had the BEST experience. There is an awesome kiosk that you order at, so its really easy to order, and seems very accessible for seniors with large icons and easy to find sections. After you get your receipt, there is a number on it (mine was 625), and when your stuff is ready, somebody yells your number and your food is ready on a shelf at the corner of the restaurant. The paintings are exquisite, and the service is the best. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A girl named Pilar served us and they didn’t have any strawberry cream pies for 15 minutes, but we decided to wait and she made sure our food was extra hot like we asked and was so SO nice. If her manager sees this PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE OR A BONUS!!! Made my entire week I swear!!! I wish her the best year of her life <3

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this McDonald’s.
4 major issues.
1. The large fries came in a small paper bag labeled as “large,” which felt like a bit of a letdown for the price.
2. The large drink also seemed more like a medium compared to other locations.
3. My burger had unmelted cheese, and to top it off, I found two long black hairs in it, which was really off-putting so I just tossed it in the trashcan.
4. Unable call and complain as English is not the first language for most employees making language barriers when trying to explain things.

I’ve been to a few McDonald’s restaurants in my time and had varied experiences. This Edmonds location I would say is the best. What makes its good is the consistency, friendliness of the employees and that the property is always clean and free of litter. It is such a drag to pay for food and deal with a rude or zombie-like employee at the drive through. There are also so many McDonald’s that are just filthy outside which makes you wonder how clean it is back in the food prep area! I just had to give a shout out to these employees who do not have an easy job dealing with the public all day long.

I had a fantastic visit to this McDonald’s recently—everything about it made my meal really enjoyable.
First, the seating here is super ample, so finding a spot to sit (even during peak times) was never a hassle. What impressed me most was how clean the tables were: staff came over promptly to clear away trays and wipe down surfaces right after customers left, keeping the dining area tidy at all times.
The self-ordering kiosks were also really easy to use—intuitive and fast, which saved me a lot of time. I even made a little mistake at first: I accidentally placed my order for a different McDonald’s location. When I asked the staff for help, they were so patient and walked me through every step of canceling the wrong order. Their kindness and willingness to assist made the whole thing stress-free.
From the comfortable seating to the clean space and helpful staff, this McDonald’s has definitely won me over. I’ll absolutely be coming back next time I’m craving a quick, nice meal!

It was a very horrible experience just to use the bathroom. They had to have somebody special come out and unlock the door. They don’t have refillable drinks anymore. Their prices are way too high. Avoid this place

Almost no human interaction. Really clean bathroom. Indoor holiday decore really nice. Very cold in the customer lobby. Really hard cold uncomfortable chairs. No play place for the kiddos. Way to expensive.

I am a DoorDash driver and today I picked up an order from one of your McDonald’s locations. I received the order, confirmed it by taking a photo in the app, and completed my part correctly. However, a person who claimed to be the manager confronted me, saying that I had not confirmed the order. I explained multiple times that I had already confirmed it and even showed them proof on my phone, but they were unprofessional and disrespectful in front of other people.
It was very disappointing to experience such behavior at a McDonald’s branch, which I expected to be professional and courteous. Please look into this matter and make sure that your staff, especially managers, are better trained in how to communicate respectfully with delivery drivers.

The people at the counter will look right at you, you’re in line, then they run to the back without acknowledging you. What is that? Are they scared of their customers or what? Food was fine, slow, but fine.
