First time they forgot the cheeseburger for our kids happy meal. They said we had to come back to the store for a refund, which is a big inconvenience when you have kids. The second time they gave us hamburgers when we ordered cheeseburger happy meals. Service is unreliable and inconsistent. Everyone should double check their orders as soon as they get the food.

If I could give zero stars, I would — and it’s mostly because of the manager. I have never seen someone so rude and unprofessional in my life. The attitude was absolutely terrible. Every question was met with eye rolls and smart comments like helping customers was the worst thing that ever happened to them.

1 Star – Horrible Customer Service Experience

This was hands down the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.

I went through the drive-thru and was charged around $30 for my order. Before leaving, I checked my food right in front of Window 2 and realized a sandwich meal was missing. I immediately brought it to their attention.

While handing the bag back to a second employee so they could check the order, the bag accidentally fell, and one sandwich fell on the ground. The employee properly threw it away. At that point, two sandwiches were missing.

Instead of checking the order or fixing the issue, the woman I believe was the manager handled the situation in the most unprofessional way possible. She accused me of already taking the food, became extremely rude, raised her voice, and yelled at both me and the employee in front of customers.

I asked for my missing meals or a refund, and she refused both. I also asked for my receipt back and showed proof of payment from the automatic text confirmation I received, yet she still insisted I had already received my food. I ultimately left without the food I paid for, without a refund, and without my receipt.

Mistakes can happen in a drive-thru, but the way this was handled–accusations, yelling, and refusal to resolve the issue–is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.

Been years since I’ve chosen to eat at McDonald’s. Tonight I was working late and decided to give it a shot. Everything was fresh. Customer service exceptional. And it was fast. 3 minutes total wait once I placed my order inside.

The service inside is slow. I go through the drive thru to get my coffee and then take it inside to drink. I’ve had to move my seat when i was with a child because of a group of young adults that came in that were loud, about to fight and using profanity. Nothing was done. And the staff, when there, is extremely rude.

We’ve visited more than a couple of times by now and I love how clean it is. The playground is now open. The service is usually alright. Today was very good and fast but the time before we got attitude from the person behind the counter. If you do the drive through in the mornings most likely you will find a very nice man willing to not only take your order and help you with whatever change you need to make ( I mean he ran to the other window to let them know I order a regular drink instead of a diet one as shown in the screen). So nice. Although in another day onother man behind the cash register couldn’t help me to correct the order because in his words “I don’t know how to do that” so go figure. Good luck

First time visiting this location, and I will say it was pleasant. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, the lobby is clean and our order was promptly made and distributed to us. A much better location than a few of the other locations in the area. Only issue I have with this location is the size of the play area as a whole (seating wise) and the size of the apparatus.
