This place caters to the drive thru. I went inside to buy a reg fry and it took 12 mins. Anybody here? Bueller?? Had to use the kiosk but pay with cash. When they remembered I was waiting and helped, they mistook my $20 for a $5… really?? I’ve had decent visits here in the past but in the drive thru.

ANDRES HAS BEEN AWESOME in my recent visits. Previously, I had been told staff couldn’t help with kiosk order…Mela was super rude. I dreaded ordering in lobby. My last two visits however, Andres was helpful, kind and changed this 1STAR review to a 5 star review. Andres, keep up the good work!!!

Walked in and the stinch blew me away. Workers kept walking by not willing to assist with order. Two more patrons entered and workers just ignored us. Two of us walked out. Absolutely the worst service.

Service was amazing but one person. My wife order food and one of the cooks older lady was not about give my wife her food not only that missing fries as well. How you gonna not give us our food when we have the recipt as well. That’s horrible tbh

Great food, clean restaurant what you would expect from Jack. restrooms were closed you would need to ask the cashiers to open them for you.

I decided to come in an order for a change. Got the chicken club combo and it was cooked fresh and quite yummy. Not too busy around 3;30pm on a Friday. Friendly staff. Bathrooms pretty clean for a fast food restaurant that gets outside people using them as well.

Just to quickly break it down, I ordered a Jumbo Jack w/everything for my dad and a Jumbo Jack no cheese, no onion combo w/a reg carmel iced coffee and medium curly fry. The cashier was nice but when I got my food I had to stand around for a couple of minutes before I went to the counter to tell the other guy giving the food that I didnt get my coffee. The guy didnt check my receipt just took what I said for truth and got me a WAY overly sweet coffee. I noticed that the next person in line also had to remind him about her coffee and he took her word and got it. But it was fine, mistakes happen…until I got to the car and tried some curly fries. Stale and barely warm. So I went to my burger…with cheese. Then when I tried to call their number a few times, no one ever answered. If the cashier wasn’t so nice I would have given it 1 star.
