They have a very nice dinning area , spacious and beautifully designed, are server was also nice and caring but the food was tasteless. We had combo fajita and 3 variaties of Tacos and all were tasteless. I love Mexican food for being flavorful and spicy but this one didn’t even have enough salt. Guacamole tasted like avacado being simply crushed, same for salsa and even beans !

The place is great! It’s clean and well organized. The waitresses are very helpful, and the food was good. There’s plenty of parking in the front and back. I highly recommend it — it’s spacious and very beautiful.

I had an amazing experience at El Potro. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and lively, with great music and authentic Mexican vibes. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The tacos were packed with flavor, the rice and beans were perfectly seasoned, and the drinks were on point.
A big shoutout to Jaime, Moses, and Kevin for making the experience even better. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. You can tell they really care about customer service and making people feel comfortable.

Very clean, easy parking, incredible food (mole enchiladas, guacamole, and tres leches were amazing), drinks were yummy and huge, and the hot sauce was truly spicy. The waiters were super attentive as well. My family and I will be coming back for sure.

I live a walkable distance from this place and have passed it many times, but this Sunday (11/9/25) was my first time dining here. Its very clean, colorful, neat. The service was great– very polite and knowledgeable staff that actually come back to check on you. I swayed to the authentic mexican music while eating warm chips and salsa, as I waited for my food I ordered vegetarian enchiladas which comes with rice, beans and salad and it was so delicious!!! I will definitely be back

First time there. Huge birthday party of 20! Although it’s been mentioned numerous times before, the food here was great! Prices are very reasonable too. Each dish was filling and portioned with the hungry in mind! The fajitas and quesadillas in particular taste very rich Everything was great! Will go back And the steak fajitas came out sizzling hot Portions are big, But the burritos are huge so be prepared (we shared) for dessert churros are a must, But the fried ice cream will always impress and a win for the kids

I don’t know how it’s taken me so long to write this review, because this is my favorite place EVER. The whole staff (midonia, Ashley, Jaime, Joe, Moses, etc., etc.!!) is absolutely unbelievable, amazing at making margs, and make us feel so welcome. Not to mention the food is phenomenal and the environment is perfect for a fun dinner. We truly come every weekend!!!! Thank you el Potro Malden for being our favorite go to❤️

Family atmosphere, welcoming, perfect for quick meals. Delicious food, diverse menu, delicious drinks and fair prices. Easy to park. It is not necessary to make a reservation as the space is quite large.
