Ordered from drive thru, looks like they have AI agent on odering kiosk in drive thru. Ordered 3 crunch wraps but got only 1. Though they charged for 1 only but when i got home realized that i m short of food.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the overnight staff. The gentleman working the window gave me the wrong order and then denied it before checking the bag. Then, proceeded to give me change that was $10 short. He gave me push back with that as well…insinuating I kept $10 and accused him of short changing me. He finally gave me the change which was still $1 short. Once I arrived at my destination I noticed he put the 2 salad bowls lopsided into the bag and on top of the nachos. I called to speak to a manager and the manager refused to speak and hung up the phone. I’m furious right now. No one deserves that type of immature and disrespectful interaction when just simply picking up food. Hire better.

I bought the Cantina Quesadilla and I’ve tasted Quesadillas before, this Taco Bell one was sooo disgusting! It broke apart as soon as I picked it up. It was a sagy disgusting mess. I cannot believe they sell that to folks. Shame on you Taco Bell! You need to take that Cantina Quesadilla off the menu, and don’t serve that disgusting sagy mess to anyone PLEASE!

I ordered drive thru, veggie Mexican pizza there was like a small black fabric or hair in the corner of it. I went back in to get a refund. She didn’t believe me, said there was nothing in there, I wish I’d taken a picture. She’d moved it around looking when I initially pointed. Why would I waste my time and lie about something, when I just wanted something warm during my Lunch break. Anyway. I understand things happen but instead of taking care of the issue she tells me there’s nothing there makes a new one and I have to relay again that I just wanted a refund. I guess I shouldn’t expect much. Also wouldn’t give me a copy of my receipt because I didn’t initially get one. I use the sticker on the drive-through bag.

Went there January 29th 2026 at 1am and the lady was super rude I get its taco bell and it’s 1am but still. Then they skimped my tacos of meat then gave me a to go back instead of a tray then proceeded to laugh at me. I’ll never be earing at taco bell ever again. The lazy eyed manager was staring at me making faces while I eat. I used to love taco bell back in Tom’s River. Thus place needs a new supervisor and night managers.

There recently tends to be a longer wait in the drive-through and smaller portions (likely not up to those assembling orders to decide). The staff is typically helpful and friendly. The food is consistent and better than the other location across the river.

I have purchased the crunchwrap meal for two, however, both crunchwraps were inconsistently cooked – some parts were undercooked while others were burnt. Additionally, I ordered drinks which have yet to be served even after finishing my meal. I approached the register to inquire about my drink, but unfortunately, they were unaware of my order.
