A rat ran across my feet the waiter had to chase it around then bring us our food took a while for them to seat us as well food was ok I guess appetite was gone after we saw the rat running around will not be back to this location spent 60 bucks kinda want my money back but felt bad for the worker

I’ve been coming to this location for years. For the most part my experience is good. This past Tuesday, 7/29 was the worst experience by far. I placed an order on the app for 10 traditional wings with cheese curds. When I opened the box of wings I immediately noticed the lack of seasoning, they almost looked plain. Which means they’d be lacking in the flavor choices I made. The worst part was the feathers on some of the wings.
I called to report my issue. The manager instantly came off very aggressive when I calmly explained my issue. I asked him why would chicken with feathers be served to a customer. His response was that’s how they are delivered. I said, ok but once they’re cooked you can clearly see the feathers so why not make a fresh batch. He began to gaslight me, projecting his rude behavior onto me. I repeatedly asked him why he was doing that, I just want to rectify the issue. He rudely said I would get a refund. Which I’m skeptical about due to his behavior over the phone.

Look, you know what you are getting when you walk into a BDubs. Mediocre wings (apparently now sauced by the gallon), fried appetizers, sports on TV and tall glasses of light beer.
This location is a huge space. The bar area is great for sports. They are very clearly understaffed and the staff that is there clearly doesn’t want to be. There was one bartender (on a Friday night) that was also doing three other jobs. Our server was attentive at first but after we ordered was never seen again until I went looking for him to ask for a to-go box. Found him sitting at a table eating and talking to a coworker.
The wings took forever to appear and had clearly been sitting under a heating lamp for a while. The food gets one extra star because I ordered 15 wings and got 25 without being charged extra for some reason. Hello quality control. So thanks for the free lunch tomorrow, I guess.
Not one single thing was cleared off the table in the 2.5 hours we were there. Not even an empty glass. In the picture you can see the table next to us also hadn’t been cleared and those people had been gone for 30 minutes. My table was dirty and sticky when I was seated. Near the end of our visit even (presumably) the manager walked by and asked if the Cubs had won. Looked at the table full of empty things and kept on walking.
The men’s bathroom was DISGUSTING. Piss and overflowed water all over the floor around the urinals. Sink a complete mess. Broken soap dispensers. I can’t even imagine what the stalls looked like but I didn’t dare look.
National leadership should be appalled at the level some of these locations have sunk to.

will never recommend this place because their customer service is very bad. When I first asked about my order, two employees started arguing with me. They told me the food would take one hour, then two hours – no clear answer at all. Instead of explaining politely, they tried to fight with customers.
This is not the kind of service anyone expects. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their food and have a peaceful experience

I was here on Saturday with my disabled father. We wanted somewhere with a covered patio to watch the Cubs vs Brewers game. We arrived around 1pm and the place was not busy and I waited for a host for longer then expected. I requested we sit outside on the patio where there was one other person. After getting seated and getting my dad comfortable, the host came out to inform us that they only had one server and she was too overwhelmed to take care of any outside tables and asked if we could be seated inside. I’ve worked in this industry for many years and completely understood. My dad really wanted to stay outside because it was a beautiful day so I told the host I would be fine just going up to the bar and ordering our drinks and food to go so we could stay outside. I then kindly asked if they could switch the TV’s to the Cubs game. The host went in and came back out and told us that the Manager said they were unable to switch the outside TV’s….now I’m getting frustrated. We then decide to move inside. We were then seated right underneath one TV with the Cubs game on. The TV was too high to comfortable lift our heads to watch. Time goes by and we were never greeted by a server/manager/bartender or anybody. We decided to leave. This is completely unacceptable. They were not that busy. As someone who has worked in this industry, you help each other out. The bartender had maybe 4 people sitting at the bar. They should have helped the overwhelmed server take tables. Poor management, do better.

I had to re-order our food because everything came out cold and stale from the boneless wings to the fries. This place is really dirty. Would not come here again. and to overpriced $12 for 10 boneless wings not worth it

Nothing like stopping by BDubs with our film crew after a smooth work day in the suburbs. The combo platter was a perfect taste of everything and the beers were as tall and frosty as ever. Superb service, cheers!

Fantastic food and a very great and clean atmosphere.
They do wings right. The very different flavours spiced up the experience and every one of them was done right. The cocktails are spot on.
The facility is quite spacious and well-laid out with very good wheelchair access.

On Saturday a very busy UFC fight our server was Jay – he said everything was crazy busy but he was still personable and attentive. We waited a really really long time for our food. We ordered a some wings for a 4 person group. Finally we lost patience and I asked for the manager and met Mark. He quickly apologized and got our food order out and gave a credit on our bill which was the right thing to do. I wanted to give him credit that he made the situation right to take care of the customer.

The service was absolutely terrible . The person who served me name was Molly. Molly is definitely in need of retraining she acted as if I had no right to ask questions about the menu at all! Molly acted as if you she was upset she had to work! I think Molly should reconsider her career choice if she doesn’t know how to work with the public while serving food in a customer service field! Molly went to tell her “manager” Christopher everything that I asked about my order. Molly told Christopher because I had questions about MY FOOD I was complaining. Molly and Christopher both need retraining and a manager to look over them in the evening so they can both act better at work. Christopher refused to give me his name, the only reason I got it is because it was on the receipt when he messed up ringing me out, just unprofessional all around! I had to cancel the other half of my order ( fries and queso) because of their attitudes and fear of them doing something to my food, because I asked for their names so I could call about their behavior. After that Christopher made a distasteful remark saying he was scared I would do something to them which was absolutely ridiculous! Christopher had an atrocious attitude, I don’t understand how he could be the “manager” of anything! Christopher failed to ring me out twice so I finally took what was rang up by Molly (because he asked her to which was still incorrect) and paid then left. Also they gave me not even half of one wing (see the included picture) the response that Christopher gave was I personally made the order what you want me to do? Give you one wing? The fact that he made that order and thought it was acceptable to serve…. And he is a “manager” is ridiculous! I will not be back! I don’t understand how this location is still open it’s almost always empty and I see why!
