Imagen spending $50 to make it home and only get half of the food you ordered and the food you do get is so stale and hard you can’t even bite into it without braking a tooth! thought i would be nice and get some comfort food for my family and instead i have to apologize and deal with wasting $50 on something i cant even call food.

So this is what I waited 20 minutes in LINE for? That’s not even including the time it took to place the actual order or receive it! UNACCEPTABLE!
These are suppose to be the Cantina CRISPY Chicken Tacos (which I’ve had before) but as you can see, they can’t even be picked up without needing a FORK!
There’s no excuse for this. People work hard for their money. To KNOW that what you’re throwing in the bag is BS & to EXPECT people to be okay with it is infuriating.
Not to mention the fact that my $3 empanada was NOT even in the bag!
Now I have to attempt to get my money back from them or attempt a dispute with my bank!

Just stopped by to try the new shredded beef taco and and it was the worst looking thing I’ve ever gotten from a fast food place. It was so poorly made that there was no way to even try and dip it into any sauce. My steak quesadilla combo was also made by someone who obviously didn’t care. Sad that I can only give 1 star and not less.

Placed a dine in order (a cravings box and a crunch wrap). Waited 5 minutes and an employee came up asked if we needed help, we responded we were just waiting for food and they said they’d call out or bring it to our table. Another 20 minutes later I approached the counter to see if there was an issue and saw my order sitting (fully bagged) on the prep table with a sticker attached that said it had been ready for 15 minutes. There were no other customers inside when we placed the order, one small group (3-5 people) came in while we were waiting, and there was an empty drive thru when we left. Got to the car (cause we were over it and just wanted to be gone) to discover there were no beans on my partner’s Black Bean Crunchwrap. Absolutely ridiculous. If you really want some Taco Bell, just drive a few minutes to a different location.

Taco Bell is exactly what you’d expect from fast food, quick, convenient, and nothing fancy. The food was okay, nothing special, but it hits the spot if you’re hungry and on the go. Not much to complain about, but don’t expect gourmet.

Went to order my usual a grilled cheese burrito w 2 sides of guac and I didn’t get them, so we told them and asked for the guacs. After that, they handed me just one guac with half the serving. :/ this location usually gives me issues at night and it sucks bc Taco Bell is one of my go-to fast food places.
