7pm on Thursday had a huge line inside and out. Over a dozen people waiting. Food was pretty fresh though. Bathrooms were decent. All the other fast food places had longer lines, we come here for the vegetarian options! Worth the wait.

On January 30, 2026, at approximately 3:55 PM, a staff member was mopping the floor when he kindly greeted us and subsequently approached the counter to take our order. This individual exemplified outstanding customer service. He exhibited patience, took the time to explain the meal combinations thoroughly, and inquired about our day, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the menu. According to the receipt, our order number is 291. I also took the opportunity to speak with the manager on duty to share feedback on my positive experience. This staff member truly went above and beyond in his service, a quality that appears to be increasingly rare in many fast-food establishments today.

We have had positive and negative experiences at different Taco Bell’s. Tonight was definitely a positive. We arrived after 6pm. They were busy, but they were getting orders out pretty quickly. I had a special request that couldn’t be done on the ordering kiosk. They were very helpful and accommodating. I watched as they helped multiple people near the counter. They were courteous and very pleasant. I’ve had people that were busy not be pleasant at all in various places. I was very impressed with the staff tonight.

So I have got a lot of food from this taco bell. Up till recently I had NEVER GOTTEN THE CORRECT ORDER! it just so happened that on one of these occasions new management had taken over. I told the new manager that their food costs must be through the roof because this is the third time that i’ve sent my order back because it was incorrect.That I had never gotten my order, correct. She believed my story and told me that all that was about to change. I have to say the turnaround at this taco Bell has been great. Right now do not have to send my order back multiple times to get the correct food. The food is hot. And it even looks appetizing. Thank you for changing.Because I eat here a lot.And I was really tired of always sending my food back because it was wrong

1/24/26, 4:40PM : 10/10 experience. I think a newer person was on the drive through call but maybe not. She was funny and a breath of fresh air when it comes to a drive through line. Opened our two mobile food orders and everything was well cooked, well put together, and looked like it was perfectly placed like I was in an ad commercial. Deserves a raise, PTO, and a handshake from the CEO themselves.

How hard is it to make a chalupa with BEEF? The ticket clearly says BEEF. The person who took the order repeated BEEF. But I get chicken. Rude little girl at the drive through, giving attitude because I actually ordered when they were only “accepting cash”. There are actually people that want to work, make money and will provide great service. Do better!. They didn’t even get me what I ordered correctly I asked for 2 street chalupas and she rang them up as 2 regular like what kind of service is that how is it so hard to listen and input a order into the system and y’all wonder why y’all reviews is horrible. Y’all got to hire better people and do better before people stop coming to y’all trash store.

The food was fine, but the interior badly needs to be cleaned and also in need of new furniture. All the chairs and tables are rocky with all kinds of scratches. They must be short of a custodian. Trash everywhere, on the floor, trash cans overflowing and they were even just about out of mild and hot sauce.
