UPDATE: McDonald’s replied at the bottom like they are concerned or going to do something but I reached out to them & they haven’t contacted me back. Their reply is just for looks!! We came in on Dec.7, 2025. Wanted to get the Grinch meal. The employee said we are out of the meal. So wanted to order a Big Mac meal couldn’t get a Big Mac they had no buns. So again settled for double quarter pounders for those two meals. Next meal ordered bacon quarter pounder. Got meal no bacon. Ask for bacon employee states they are cooking it. Waited about 10 minutes went back up there for bacon. Manager came up & ask who wanted the bacon. I do & my sandwich is cold by now. But she said she would get it. She came back with two & a half pieces of bacon that had been back there since that morning. Wasn’t hot sure hadn’t been cooking. With all this the fries came out cold from the very beginning of our order. Spent about $50. Will not happen again @ this McDonald’s!!!!

This place almost gave me an allergy attack!!
I went and got 2 chicken sanwiches only ketchup and a double hamburger only ketchup. A free fry came with it from using the app. Easy enough right? No they give me the wrong order. By the time I got home to eat i noticed it was wrong and my fry wasn’t even in there. I called the manager, left my name and number and she said all I had to do was go back when I had time cause I had work. I go back they next day and they are questioning me as if I’m lying and because the manager didn’t give me her name I wasn’t able to get my money back or my food remade. Terrible experience I will not spend another dime there. I recommend you not waste your time either cause you’ll regret it.
p.s- I’m allergic to freaking mayo!!!

I only go to mcd once every 6 months or so and for the last several years its been a horrible experience. Screens are always out at the drive thru. Why?? Get them working. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for a quarter pounder. Why? This is a common item!

I was n a rush goin to hospital. Stopped to grab a bite to eat but I guess today wasn’t my day. I was served the worst dinner I’ve had from McDonald’s n a long time. McDonald’s most of the time is on point but not today. No lettuce very messy!!

Drive thru closes at 12am…tell that to Alicia or whatever her name is that decided they were gonna close early but still let mobile orders go thru so when I get there I don’t get my food or my money and the hateful thing acted like it won’t her problem.

if I could give a negative I would. Just cause your having a bad day in your personal life doesnt mean you have to be a jerk on a freaking HAPPY MEAL and change policy on buying a toy for my smaller child that doesnt eat mcdonalds along for my older childs food and meal when it was done no problem days prior!!! Then I order a small meal so he can get one anyway and get up charged without asking on a drink and fry? Yall are jerks do better!!!!!!
