I’ve been dashing for well over four years and cringe every time I get an order for this place.
I don’t like writing negative reviews and wish I didn’t have to but this place needs a little work on getting orders out on time.
Out of all the Starbucks I deliver from, this place, by far, is the worst in getting things done on time.
It’s normal for me to see a plethora of other Dashers standing around, waiting to grab their orders because they’ve been waiting for a long time too.
They all seem to be very busy in making orders but, for some reason, I’m always waiting for my customer’s order before I can get out of their.
I get a lot of, “We’re still working on it”
That’s all I get. I don’t get an estimated time of completion.
Whatever their problems may be, this place has to learn how to handle orders on time. I don’t know how they’re going to get it together, but they need to do that if they want happy customers & Dashers.
Good luck, Starbucks.
It’s time to streamline your overall production.
If other locations can be on time, so can you.

If negative stars were an option this place would have them! Ordered delivery through the app. The food took 20mins longer than estimated and arrived freezing cold and completely incorrect. None of our modifications were completed and we were missing our entire cookie pack and both drinks. Tried to “Get Help” on the app, but it ran through a loop of automated messages and I couldn’t get anywhere. No option for a person, no option yo report issues, just a company that overcharged and finds loopholes to avoid refunds.

I ordered new york steamers. The meat was balled up together i payed for double meat and didn’t get it. The meat which used to taste like corned beef and pastrami tasted like a bad version of Arbys overcooked roast beef. The pickle was full and life less no crunch and hot

place was dirty had i walked in waited 15 mins and no one took my order or spoke to me just made eye contact and then walked away. id love to try their food but clearly could not. Wonder if all locations are as crappy as this one

Had the pepperoni pizza sub ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The employees were friendly even though it’s -21° outside. Food was hot and filling. Wish they had TVs to watch the football game while we waited.

Normally I never write a review like this because I just tend to understand retail and food service and how demanding it can be. However, today I got completely rushed through my order because the 3 employees were on their phone talking work drama. Apparently that was more important than just asking me what I wanted instead of just assuming it. And then I said I wanted to eat it in store and it all was given to me in togo containers and the girl acted completely dismissive to me. Again I never do this but I felt extremely dismissed and disrespected by this young girl. And then all 3 employees went back to insulting and trashing on their teammates because thats more important.
