I ordered takeout tonight. I only ordered one side of rice to save money thinking i would be able to split it at least a little bit between two people… this is what i got lol, compared to the cheese dip bowl. This is criminal for how expensive it is. Two bites total for a $3 “side” of rice.

Ordered the chimichanga and mixed protein fajitas. We were both pleased with the food and that it didn’t taste like most of the newer Mexican food restaurants. Good service as well.

We enjoyed the majority of our visit to Primos on Sunday, with most of the staff being hospitable and welcoming – including our outstanding server. However, there was a bit of an off moment as we were being greeted by the male host/server? He gave us a subtle but noticeable ‘up and down’ glance which felt like he was judging us in a way? It created a slightly unwelcoming vibe for the initial greeting.
That aside though, the food was delicious and the restaurant itself had a great vibe. Would definitely go back for the meals and the majority of the staff who made us feel at home. Maybe just hoping that one guy had an off day? Either way, still recommend!

Tried Luceros Chilaquiles and they were delicious! Never tried them with chicken sausage before but I was surprised. Be warned though, the plate is huge!

Everything about this place is just absolutely amazing, had Saturdays special, first bite I had of the burger, had a ratatouille moment, the burger reminded me of a really good burger I had in LA California when I was a kid, absolutely loved it, the burritos are big filled with flavor! If your visiting from California, come on over here you won’t regret it. Oh almost forgot, the hot sauce….make it more spicy!

I am disappointed after my visit today on January 17th, 2026. My family and I have been patrons to this particular primos since they were established in 2010. We watched this place come to what it is as we live down street. The food is great, but if you have a service animal, think twice about coming here if you want proper service. We got treated poorly when the manager saw the kids in our family petting my mother in laws service dog and made a whole scene about it in front of the whole restaurant. She is a diabetic alert service animal. My mother in law does not have problem with people petting her if they ask, espically family. I don’t know if its this manager in particular or what it is but I have seen other patrons come to this establishment with their own service animals and have no problem with allowing them in. I guess it depends who the manager is that day and who you are. We will not be coming to this establishment again because of how she treated us. I am very disappointed with how this was handled and she didn’t apologize for how she treated us either.

We were seated right away on a Sunday evening. Our drink order was taken immediately, and the server checked on us frequently. We ordered queso with the chips & salsa and did not care for it. House margarita tasted like a cheap mix. Food was pretty good (steak street tacos & steak torta). Overall, decent dine in experience but probably wouldn’t return.

Webt for lunch with a tabke of 6. Only a coupke other people at the end of their meal. First waitress, who sauce when we walked in, was on her cell phone and left and walked around the corner. So she was at sight , we stood for a couple of minutes and finally got to be seated. We ordered drinks, non-alcoholic, 2 of them being water. It took ten minutes to get them. When we ordered our drinks , we ordered bean dip and chip , which didn’t come until right before our meal. The dip had 0 flavor as did the beans and rice with our meal. I got tacos that were so greasy. I couldn’t finish one of them. The menus were filthy.Tables had old food sitting on them when we arrived and still weren’t cleared when we left and again , hardly anybody in the restaurant. Very disappointed won’t be back..

The atmosphere was nice and service staff were friendly and attentive. I have gluten allergies and can normally have enchiladas as they are typically made with corn. Their enchiladas were made with flour tortillas so gluten-free peeps be aware! Other than that, I would definitely return!
