These were the oldest most dryest wings I’ve ever seen in my life. They smelt like soap or like expired chicken. I waited 1 hour for this to get delivered and I threw it right in the trash. This is a disgrace to serve this food to anyone , you’re going to get some one sick. It’s like the had 10 wings in the fryer basket for 5 hours and were fried 5 times or they picked all the left overs and threw them in a box. I was a big Wingstop guy but this is disgusting. Zero seasoning, dry as hell, no meat, smelt disgusting and for sure were very old and should have been thrown out.

If you’re craving that authentic “Wingstop” flavor, this place will not give you that. Gone are the usual characters we’re all used to seeing working behind the counter, and the new vibe is more “south of the border” style. And while I will admit, the service is much better and the food came out much faster, the flavor that I craved was sadly missing. I will drive to nearest wing stop to get the flavor there. Don’t get me wrong, the new franchisee is a nice Latin family, but they just can’t fry the wings and flavor them the way the old staff used to. It’s just flavorless. Take a look at the garlic Parm and lemon pepper wings in my pics. There is no flavor. Fries are not the ones you used to get either.

I called them twice about their chicken which all of a sudden started tasting like CHLORINE OR SOAP for the past few months. All it took was 2 times for me not to go here anymore and they were the last 2 times I ate there. it’s absolutely disgusting and no you cannot continue eating your food and ignore it. It’s that bad and someone else in the reviews said it tasted like soap!! I don’t know what the new management got going on but they need to spruce up their sanitary and cleaning protocols as well as sell chicken that was actually handled properly.

This place really went to crap. Under cooked food, the place is dirty, don’t get me started on the bathroom…. the staff is disrespectful and you can tell they don’t care to be there, the managers are extremely rude and have no empathy especially Edith. They claim there’s no refunds but it’s pure laziness because they 100% do refunds. It just takes a couple days to get to your account. They just don’t want to do it. You need to bring back the old team. They would demolish this new team. James, Jean, lala, Sebastian, Dylan, Ulysses, and his brother were the best employees to ever work here. What a difference this place is and I mean that in a bad way but I guess you have to screw up to really appreciate what you had. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location goes out of business soon and it’ll be good riddance! After years of eating here, I’m officially ending my relationship with this location.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor experience I had at your restaurant. The service was disappointing in several ways:

There was confusion with the orders, which caused unnecessary delays.

The waiting time was excessive, almost 45 minutes.

The staff seemed uninterested and not very attentive regarding customers’ orders.

What should have been a pleasant family dinner turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. A quality service should provide quick attention, courtesy, and efficiency, but unfortunately, that was not the case this time.

I truly hope you take this complaint into consideration and make the necessary improvements so that future customers won’t go through the same experience.

I came in during the super bowl rush and it was extremely packed but for good reason, everyone was really flustered but one of the employees, daniel, got everyone super under control and got my order just in time and perfectly done. his polite demeanor was refreshing !

The wings were all plain and raw (even thought I did NOT order plain) and the ranch tasted off. It’s possible they changed their ranch recipe. The last few times I’ve been there the ranch was thick and tasted like straight buttermilk. A very different taste/texture from what it used to taste like. It tastes like there’s less ranch powder and more Mayo/buttermilk

Do not buy at this location!!! Rude employees, rude customer service. I came in asking for a manger respectfully and two employees said there was no mangers on the shift at the moment which was weird because it’s only employees there and cooks. The first employee which was a Hispanic female just looked at me like I was speaking a different language and completely ignored me. I then proceeded to asked the gentleman which was next to her on another register the same question, “can I please speak to your manger?” He looked at me and roll his eyes. I’m completely disgusted about the service I received, its very disappointing knowing I used to buy here all the time as a teenager.

unprofessional customer service experience I had at your restaurant involving a cashier named Karla.

I called the restaurant three times in an attempt to place a pickup order. During the first call, the phone was answered and immediately disconnected. On the second call, the phone was answered, but I was not acknowledged while the cashier continued assisting in-store customers. On the third call, I stated that I would like to place a pickup order, was asked to hold, and then the call was disconnected again.

Due to this, I went into the restaurant to place my order in person. While taking my order, the cashier appeared visibly irritated, sighing throughout the interaction. She also refused to accept my $20 bill due to a small tear on the corner, despite the bill being otherwise fully intact.

This experience was disappointing and made me feel disrespected as a customer. While I understand that working in a busy environment can be demanding, the handling of both the phone calls and the in-store interaction did not reflect professional customer service standards.

Not the same anymore the new management screwed it all up. Ranch taste like cream and chicken is raw. I had to repeat my order 5 times because the cashier kept talking to other people after asking what I wanted each time. I fell like she was playing games with me. I feel tried. 0 starts if I could.
