Best Hibashi in O-Town-and believe me coming from Texas to Utah. It takes alot for me to say when a place is delicious. Great staff and great food, be prepared to not be disappointed. I’ll definitely be recommending to all family and friends.

We waited ten minutes after sitting down for just our drink order. No other tables not busy. The cook well he cooked. Not much more than that I had the flame Mignon and shrimp. A friend had to flame Mignon and scallops.
It was just all bland. Waitress never came back to check if we wanted more water. Was not worth the money, we waited and waited for the check. Finally, we got up and just went to the front

Wonderful experience with great staff. Everyone had amazing meals. The grill master was very entertaining. I had scallops, filet mignon, fried noodles, plus the salad and egg drop soup. It’s a pricey treat but it’s worth the splurge once in a while.

First time going and I was impressed. The environment is nice, calming and a good experience. Watching the chef cook is good at best. The experience isn’t bad but could be better. Food was phenomenal I did enjoy every but of it. I will be visiting again.

We got there on a Friday evening around 6 PM and waited 30 minutes. We called ahead to check the wait time and it was 20 minutes. But we didn’t mind and we were willing to wait. We had a party of four and we got seated with two other couples.
The seating arrangement was odd, you were seated around a large cooking stove where the chef cooked your food in front of you. We were seated in a large room with I think three other large stoves that had about eight guests already seated. There were other rooms that appeared to have the same starting arrangement. The waiter was quicker and attentive. Since it was hot outside it was nice to get our drinks quick and early.
The food was great, noodles and rice were cooked first. Then the vegetables, then the meat. It was fun to watch and the interactions between the chef and the customers were entertaining. After all was said and done he started throwing shrimp at us with his spatula. My buddy kept catching them and I kept missing them . I eventually caught one…. In my buddies wife’s drink . Anyways fun experience and will be back!

Very good! Kind of felt rushed a little bit for spending so much money, but good. If you haven’t been to one of these places you definitely don’t want to eat all your rice or noodles first. It fills you up and you don’t want to eat the meat you ordered.

Unfortunately not what we were hoping for tonight for our family date night. Didn’t have to wait long to be seated which was nice, but the service kind of took a few steps back from there. Had to ask for straws and chopsticks on separate occurrences. We ran out of water 4 times during the meal (I know this sounds “extra,” more so a personal preference). The food unfortunately was incredibly salty. The sushi rolls weren’t fresh. The rice was undercooked giving the rolls a very unpleasant texture. The fried rice was incredible, as was the sautéed shrimp. My filet mignon was unfortunately overcooked as was my salmon. Everything was drowning in sauce which was a bummer. They forgot my daughter’s sushi roll and my other daughter’s steamed rice. The traditional show was nice and my kids enjoyed it. For a family of 4, it was pricey. With tip it was just shy of $200.

Completely unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. We went for my wife’s birthday and had a fantastic time. The waiter was great and our chef was amazing. We still comment on how much we all adored that fried rice. Each protein was cooked to literal perfection. We can’t wait to go back!
(P.s. the Volcano roll isn’t as spicy as it sounds and we highly recommend!)

Been here a couple times. This last experience was plain bad. The chef did zero fun things at the station. This was not the problem though. Chicken and shrimp was way overcooked. Steak was undercooked. The egg in the fried rice was runny too. The server forgot drinks and never offered refills when the drinks came. It’s just not worth it when there’s other Tepanyaki options in the area. However, I had one of the best sushi rolls ever at this place.

My family and I come here in special occasions. The restaurant serves quality food prepared right in front of you by a chef. It goes beyond eating something tasty but becomes so much more by interacting with the chef and enjoying the food made with a bit of personality right before your eyes. It can be pricey for the average person, but well worth the money for special occasions.
