43 years in business, try it and you’ll see why. I love the menu and style of window ordering, there’s so many amazing options for homemade sundaes or a slice of cherry pie with vanilla custard al a mode. I tried the Door County sundae, very rich and delicious. I would try the turtle one next or the butter pecan. Everything looks so good. Tons of kids and families playing by the colorful playground off the seating area. Super cute atmosphere and lights.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We are visiting from out of town, like most people. But could not find one of our wallets filled with credit cards and cash. We called twice. The first time they stated that they didnt find anything. The second time I requested them to look for it, and they stated that they had a line up to the road and only had 6 employees working then proceeded to hang up on me. We left our hotel instantly and drove there in a panic. We got there within 5 minutes and there was NO line. Instead, we found all the employees sitting around chit chatting. We did find the wallet thankfully, with no help from them. For a place that claims they are family owned, they sure were cruel and clearly dont care about anyone but their lazy selves. TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHNICS!!

I have attached photos of what the supposed “line” looked like when we arrived.

What a wonderful experience. We looking forward to a nice treat after dinner and Not Licked Yet was just a few minutes away. When we turned into the lot and drove down the hill we were immediately transported to what felt like a hidden gem. After exiting our vehicle we could hear running water. The creek behind the parking lot was so tranquil. The whole experience was amazing. Very memorable. Lots of seating. Amazing staff. What an experience.

Classic Door County; who knew there were so many ways to enjoy frozen custard. Sticky goodness regardless of one’s age. Gnome secrets to locals and visitors.

Such a cute place. I have been here before with my family. The view wasn’t that great because the water table was so low you the stream along side
the custard place was not there. The service and custard sundae was wonderful!!! We are so lucky to have made it there yesterday- it must have been the last day they were open for the season!
Wonderful tasty treats!

No Food After 7. I’ll tell You because they don’t. Our paper menu we took home previously doesn’t say it anywhere on it. The Google page does not help at all. You just wait in a stupid long line for someone to tell ya it’s $5 a scoop ice cream or nothing. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, this isn’t my first negative review on Door county restaurant service. Clearly all staffing goes through the same agency because these young workers are rude, eye rolling, no apologies, and zero empathy for customers. This was my first visit to Door County and to this ice cream establishment. This review is overshadowed by the poor staff. We ordered and I stayed at the window (per instructions) and the girl opens the window and yells the order and sticks the ice cream in my face with a smirk on her face. It took me aback and after grabbing it from her she talked under breath in her language walking away. The workers were sitting on the counters hanging on each other kissing etc. It was really unprofessional. I thought the ice cream was good, but not great given the experience.

Ice cream was actually caustard, so it’s not really a big deal, but it is false advertising. Flavors/sundaes were unique, but flavors were lacking.
The playground was cute.

I cannot think of a more fun place to bring your kids in Fish Creek. This is situated right on the creek (bring bug spray). It has an AWESOME playground and a relaxing space for parents to chill while kids play. And on top of it there is AWESOME ice cream. They also sell simple cheap bites like burgers and brats. We didn’t have that but I know sometimes Door County can get $$ but this is a break from that. Had a sincerely delicious hot fudge sundae. They have plenty of napkins and water out for the inevitable sticky mess which will be your kids. For sure recommend.

Delicious custard ice cream. They do have pup cones! The flavor was Half Baked- vanilla custard with cookie dough and brownie dough bites. It does have a playground for the kids to play at. They also have chairs along a stream you can sit, relax and eat custard.
