Excellent service!
I went to the drive thru today Sunday 11/16/2025
At 9:15 pm I order a the McRib add lettuce and tomato no pickles combo with coffee
With 5 creams and to Splendas on the side
The guy who took my order understands all I want and the coffee was perfect and the sandwich too with hot fries and I think the guy who attended me in the window is the manager very respectful,smiling and nice !10 stars for this service thank you

This was the last time I ever walked into a McDonald’s, and I made that clear to my kids as well. We ordered our food through the app, waited patiently, picked it up, and left.
My older son is allergic to lettuce, and he always gets a plain cheeseburger. Instead, the burger came fully loaded with everything. We went back and showed both the app receipt and the McDonald’s receipt. The cashier was noticeably cynical and told us that “plain” has to be written at the top of the receipt, not in the middle. I still don’t understand the point of his explanation or the attitude behind it.
He then added that they could make another burger if we wanted. No, I don’t need someone trying to convince me that this was somehow our mistake when it clearly wasn’t.
To keep this short: I guarantee publicly that I will not be returning to McDonald’s. Cynicism and rudeness have no place in customer service.

This McDonald’s never disappoints me with the chicken buiscuit. I’m on the journey to find the McDonald’s with the best chicken buiscuit everytime I go to this location the buiscuit is always perfect and so is the chicken. The hasbrown was crispy and the mocha is mid but it makes up for it by having the most consistent chicken buiscuit. Thank you for never letting me down.

Non accommodating manager. She manually cancelled my breakfast order because I arrived at 11:03 instead of 10:59. I placed my order at 10:45 so the order should have been made, not cancelled. I’d understand if I placed a large order or something but it was One sandwich and a coffee. I will never be back at this location.

I literally went for a large coke and fries, when I pulled the fries out of the bag, I thought they had fallen in the bag, they did not. I am very disappointed at the person who filled this and thought it was okay.

The food was very good, but the service unfortunately was below one star. When I pulled up to the drive-through to pay, never got a hello never got a how are you? Never even a look in the eye. Just a quick do you want to round up for this or that charity. so much about rounding up for charities, or tipping, how about we bring back customer service and a nice smile and hollow would make a world of difference….. sorry, poor poor customer service in the drive-through

The people that work at this establishment are very rude. Specifically, the ones that are working in the drive-through area. I placed an order well before 11 o’clock in the morning cause that’s when
breakfast ends. I get to the first window. The women that was standing there was so rude. She was very combative. I got to this place at 1057. Their line was ridiculously long and I Get that by the time that I placed my order that it was before 11 it’s not my fault that they’re busy. Now that’s my fault for getting here before 11 and not being able to get my food and having somebody tell me a thruster receipt in my face couldn’t apologize for the fact that she was very disrespectful. I would never come back to this place and I would never recommend somebody to come here neither

I visit this location somewhat frequently and always have a great time. Friendly staff, clean environment, good space, etc. However today their barbecue sauce tasted wrong and almost expired. Something was off. They should quality ensure their sauces better.

I often come here to order food to go, and I always check my order because something is missing almost every time. Yesterday, two cheeseburgers were missing again. Unfortunately, the employee who served me didn’t even apologize. This situation is very frustrating and disappointing.
