This is a carry out location. The staff on duty was very friendly and greeted everyone. The service was fast and accommodating. If food was not ready it only take a few minutes and it’s out the oven hot and ready. Pizza has food flavor. The sauce was just the right amount. They also offer paper plates for free. Dipping sauces available for 50 cents. I would recommend this place. View my IG page. @Iamadventurousdrew for videos and other adventures

I ordered a pizza for delivery and had a terrible experience. DoorDash delivered the wrong order, so I called Little Caesars. They immediately blamed DoorDash instead of helping. DoorDash came back with a second order, but it was still wrong—and the food was cold and burnt.

I called Little Caesars again, and the manager had an attitude with me, then hung up while I was trying to explain the issue. When I called back, another employee also blamed DoorDash and offered no real help. I ended up paying $37 for burnt, cold pizza, missing items, and zero customer service.

This store’s management is unprofessional and disrespectful. They don’t take responsibility, and they clearly don’t value their customers. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Came in to grab some hot and ready pizzas… had to wait to be acknowledged as staff were talking to each other even though they saw me. While waiting for my order, staff were yelling talking about smoking cigarettes and weed. The staff were very unprofessional and probably worst store I’ve been to.

Listen I’m a out of towner and while you may have to wait it doesn’t mean you have to be an ahole. Yes we waited like 20 mins BUT these folks were slammed and were doing the best they could. I believe her name was Raelyn? Probably spelled that wrong but i could see in her eyes it was already a long shift and so I told her take a breath Im on vacation I have all the time to be patient. She took a step back and said thank you. They are people just like you. No matter how big and mighty you THINK you might be, you wait and have manners like everyone else.

Me and my son just wanted to say thank you for your kindness and your hard work. You’re all welcome in Boston anytime.

As for the guy complaining about waiting 10 mins who was from CT. Don’t bring that noise to MA

I’ve gone here a few times over the course of the past three months. Every time there seems to be a catastrophic breakdown. I have tried ordering online earlier and earlier giving more and more of a time buffer for them and this past time I ordered I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and entire hour and a half before I actually needed it and it still wasn’t ready. I ordered Around 1:00 PM ish and showed up at 2:00. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even come up to the counter area. I asked if my pizza was ready as the “pizza tracker” had said it was “in the oven” for 45 minutes. They said they couldn’t get the computer to allow them to make my pizza. I asked if they could just make a “hot n ready” on the computer and sell me that. They said no. I waited. And waited. Staff said I could grab my 20 oz drink… I ordered a 2 liter and showed them that. As it became clear I was going to be late for work i asked if I could just please have anything at all that they had ready… breadsticks, anything. They gave me a cheese pizza that was burnt and according to the sticker was expired from the warmer. It was completely hard and dried up. Then they went onto the computer and marked my order as picked up! We tossed the pizza. The dining room is NEVER open. Anytime we go there’s no dining room and never ever ever a hot n ready pizza despite the lobby being full of people waiting every time we go so I’d assume they would make money on having some hot n ready pizzas made up. While we waited for the pizza we allegedly couldn’t get because of a computer error another guest that ordered at 2:00 ish got their pepperoni pizza before we got a thing. The staff is friendly enough when they come up front but it seems like they are moving in slow motion? Like watching them cut pizzas is like being in a slow motion film? One kid just kept walking around? Absolutely bizarre. Owner needs to either figure it out or pay people better so you can get some competent people and actually serve people and make money. Can’t imagine the absolute waste of not being able to serve your customers. What’s the point??? Our little Caesar’s back where we used to live took pride in pumping out hot fresh pizzas always had them ready to go I know it can be done.

Check out the time stamps from the emails I ordered at 1:11 and they gave me that burnt pizza I didn’t order at 2:15 and falsely marked my order as picked up!

Edit to add…
At the time of my review i had been here for over 30 minutes… it’s been almost an hour. We were just told they’re short staffed. Let’s normalize telling customers this BEFORE their order is placed. ZERO COMMUNICATION from staff and they have the audacity to get mouthy when customers get upset. Close this place if you can’t do better. Hot and ready is an absolute JOKE! DO NOT ADVERTISE IT IF YOU CAN’T DO IT. Waiting over 30 minutes for something that’s supposed to be ready is inane. AVOID THIS LOCATION and go literally ANYWHERE else. Matter of fact… go home, make your own sauce, dough, and cheese and you’d still be getting your pizza faster than this.

I’m local and eat here often. No matter how long in advance you order we a have at least a 30 minute wait once we get here at the time it’s supposed to be done. There has been many times where I’m waiting on the parking lot and it’s just sitting on the counter and no one put it in The portal. And once again this time we waited 30 minutes just to find out it’s been sitting on the counter staring at me and no one put it in the portal. I don’t know if you are not keeping people on staff because you don’t pay enough or because you are overworking the ones you do have. If it wasn’t for your cheap (and that’s being generous) pizza , I would have stop coming here a while ago. Today we ordered an hour and a half in advance and had to wait 30 minutes extra. Do better.

A bit misleading since the sign says Little Ceasars Dining Room, and they’re is no dining area inside. Pizza was ready and in kiosk before est time, so this was great. They were out of paper plates, but we made do without them, just wild have been nice to have to serve vs. everyone having out of the box.

I was in and out within 30 seconds. 4 pepperoni pizzas and they all tasted (mostly) great. They seemed pretty busy too. I’ll definitely be back.
