I ordered pizza from Nightowl Pizza on Windy Hill Road tonight and had the worst experience. I often order pizza from This location, because when it is done right it taste good. The problem is it’s only done right 50% of the time. They will give you a regular pizza with the sauce, not evenly distribute nor the cheese when they are busy, unless you open the box and have It remade before you pay. Tonight, the manager was very disrespectful I show no interest in correcting my order. I just got a refund and I promise you I will never be coming back here when you spend money like I do with this place, you expect to be treated like a loyal customer.

I ordered this pizza at 1am for delivery after a full day of driving. I am not exaggerating when I say the pizza was there in max time of 10 min. Hot and tasty. The delivery person was spectacular as well. Hooked me up with Parm and red pepper packs and napkins without even being asked. Highly recommend.

We have had Night Owl Pizza multiple times now. It goes more & more down hill every time we get it. The garlic bread was literally soggy & not baked like they just put butter spread on it and that’s it. The garlic sauce has too much of one spice in it that over powers the garlic taste. The Philly Steak Pizza barely had any toppings on it. Legit paid almost $30 for a cheese pizza with a few green peppers, some mushrooms, a couple onions & barely any steak. At least it had a little bit of flavor to it. The Hawaiin Pizza had good flavor but did not have much of anything on it either. The Cesar salad dressing was just okay & ended up using our own dressing. We spent almost $80 on 2 pizzas, a salad, a cup of garlic, and garlic bread for basically one thing to be okay. Will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered the Philly cheese steak Pizza. My first time ordering, we were from out of town, staying at a hotel when the Pizza came. It did come on time. However, the Pizza had no flavor had no sauce. It didn’t even seem like it was fresh. And we called because my granddaughter ate one. My grandson ate one, they’re young. They don’t care. And when my daughter and I took a couple of bites out of the Pizza, we decided we didn’t like it either. So I spent $57 on a Pizza in a pasta. So we called and the manager said that she would give another one to us. I ordered a Margarita Pizza. Then, when the guy got here, he saw that we ate off of the slices and that was too many gone. So they would not give me a refund or give me the Margarita. Pizza, they ended up bringing back the one we already had that they took from us. And warmed it up, but it looks disgusting. I will never order from there again.And I hope everybody reads this review because it just wasn’t professional!

We ordered pizzas online after finding a flyer slipped under our hotel room door the night before. Even with it being a late-night order after 9 PM, delivery was quick—our food arrived within 40 minutes.
We got a large cheese pizza and a small “Woodstock” pizza, and both were delicious. The delivery driver was friendly and brought the order straight up to our room at the Renaissance Hotel, which was super convenient. Great service, tasty food, and reasonably priced—definitely a solid late-night option!

I’m very disappointed. We ordered from here for the first time and had it delivered. The pizza arrived on time. But we were disappointed in the value and quality of the food compared to the price. I ordered a gluten-free pizza which is only 10” (this is normal at pizza chains). Because it’s gluten-free, it automatically costs more. The pizzas did not look appetizing and if I had gotten pizza from Chuck E Cheese, it would’ve tasted a lot better. The pineapple pizza cost $15.49 and didn’t have much pineapple on it. The gluten-free pizza with sausage, onion, and mushrooms cost $19.96 and didn’t have much flavor at all. The cheesy garlic bread looks nothing like the picture on their website but it tasted pretty good. It cost $7.99 for a hoagie bun with melted cheese and garlic on it. Once the delivery fee ($4.99), the tax ($2.91), and the $5 tip were added, my total was $56.34. It wasn’t worth it. This was our first and last time ordering from there.

I ordered two pizzas and a drink totaling almost $50, and unfortunately, the food was bad tasting—it was essentially inedible.
When I contacted the restaurant, I did not ask for a refund. I simply requested a replacement for the bad pizzas. I was told there was nothing they could do.
Spending a significant amount of money ($50+) on food that is subpar, and then being met with such unhelpful and inflexible customer service when asking for a simple remedy, is unacceptable.
I absolutely do not recommend this pizza joint. The quality of the product and the poor handling of a customer complaint mean I will not be returning.I was told nothing can be done and it might be that they used beef pepperonis.

Had a really funky taste like the cheese was going bad when it was made. Threw the order away because both of the pies tasted bitter in the same way. The service at the front was a bit strange too. I came in and had to try and get the attention of the person at the register a few times, but it seemed like they wanted to finish what they were doing on their phone first when I was standing in front of them.
The pizza was made in the time range, so their advertised quick pick-up time was accurate.

Night Owl Pizza definitely hit the spot. My food came out hot and fresh. The crust was just right not too thick not too thin. Not many places you can get a good fold with down here. The toppings actually tasted good and not cheap like some other places.
The food came out fast didn’t and I didn’t have to wait in a long line. It’s definitely one of those spots you can count on when it’s late and you want something that actually tastes good.
I’d for sure order from them again.
