I really like this McDonalds. It feels like a bit of a sketch area of town, but don’t be scared. Everyone’s nice. It’s clean inside and the food is tasty. And the staff is really nice. One time one of the gals dug through the Happy Meal toy stash to make sure my kids didn’t get redundant toys, she was so kind!

Brian and Maria have a problem wit a family that doesn’t even know them. They have the Audacity to speak about us in front of US enough to make sum1 uncomfortable. If there mangers they should be greeting n have smiles unfortunately for them and for whatever there reason is to make us feel the way they do. It’s very unprofessional. The Gentlemen that took our order Great person really appreciate it. Your managers really need to be in there place they have no REASON TREAT ANYONE LIKE THIS. I ALLOW IT FOR ME AND MY CHILDREN AND IF I SPEAK HOW THEY TREAT US. I WOULD BE KICKED OUT AND ALL WE WANT IS NICE FRESH FOOD WEN WE ORDER IT AND PAY FOR IT. The Shake machine was down, so not score-able.
The dining room had plenty of clean tables, floor was clear of any debris and trash cans and enclosures were very clean.
The condiment station only offered catsup, but was clean and well stocked.
I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in over 10 years. Very impressed.

it’s pretty frustrating as a door dasher when the staff marks orders as done but doesn’t start them until the dasher actually arrives, not to mention the girl working the drive thru was extremely snotty. and i shouldn’t be sitting in the lobby hearing the music being blasted in the back

I came to visit this last weekend from Pocatello. And when I say I was blown away by the food. The customer service. The speed and accuracy of my order. Everything. I mean it! The food that gets served in Pocatello is flat. Doesn’t taste good. The burgers are falling apart and messy. So I was expecting the same from any McDonald’s. But no. This place is incredible. Fluffy buns that are perfectly toasted. My burgers were picture perfect. I almost didn’t want to eat it. My fries were light, fluffy and perfectly salted. We had our food before we even got comfortable at our booth. Everyone was so nice. And I felt so welcomed. I had to walk up to management before I left to tell them how much I loved it. Thank you!!

Every time we come here, always getting stared at and talked about. “They don’t need all that food.” We worked for it, thank you. Kills the atmosphere of a socially safe environment. Other than that, food is out fast and hot. Quick service and friendly staff, service is sometimes a bit slower since they have times when they’re very busy.

I came down this morning at 638am to get a medium iced Carmel macchiato I received a small was charged for a medium and when I went in to tell them the size is not correct they refused to fix it they refused to remake it and give me a medium. I was in my uniform for work so I’m sure they hate on public health care workers. Here’s the pictures for reference so stealing someone ones money over charging them and not giving them the correct things they order is against the law

Ordered 2 Lg meals my burger was not to have pickles and it came with 5 pickles on it. The 2 lg fry’s were undercooked and cold, and the 2 apple pies were undercooked also. Sad paid over $50 and half it was undercooked/wrong.

This has to be one of the busiest locations in the valley. The staff is always so friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. Today my son made it inconvenient for us to pay in the drive through. The manager on duty was extremely kind, helpful and efficient when we came inside to finish the transaction.

My fries were burned, nuggets were cold, and I didn’t even want to eat my burgers because I was very upset. I’ll take my business to Wendy’s rather than come back here. Vanilla shake is like a Vanilla milk. It’s not think it’s like drinking milk. Way too thin to be called a shake. No one wants to work. Bad shape for this location.
