Drove through The drive-through for a quick lunch today. The lady that took my order, had the most calm and relaxing, voice over drive-through intercom. She was extremely friendly and served with a smile on her face. Definitely a change of pace from the normal drive-through experience. It was such a nice experience, I had to grab her name. Lisa, Thank you for making my day just a little bit brighter!

We went through drive through and got a burger and such. The burger was covered in so much grease the bun and paper were wet to the touch. The paper was ripping at the slightest touch because it was that wet. When we made them aware they said thats just how it is we can’t control that. If you are unable to make food that wouldn’t clog your arteries completely before you can even finish it why make it. Take pride in the product and make sure its made correctly.

Went in for lunch and i knew it was going to be bad once i get to the counter. Person taking the order was not the friendliest but definitely not rude. But u could tell she did not want to be there. Then came the food. Order i got was wrong which is fine, mistakes happen. They fix the order but all the food was barely luke warm at best. The fries were almost hard and rubber like. Everyone just seemed like they didnt care. Facility wasnt very clean either. I probably will not be going back and would recommend others dont eat here either

me and my mother came in today and we were welcomed with so much love . My mom doesnt speak english and miley translated the menu for her in spanish . The cashier Miley had great energy and made us laugh ❤️. She gave our food out hot and ready and made sure we had everything right . Miley’s service was a 10/10 and hope we get her to take our order again with her lovely vibe . The restaurant was very clean as well and the cook Rita? Made our food delicious . We will be back !!

Where do we begin. We waited five minutes before the employees acknowledged that we were waiting to order. Then they were out of tortillas. Jelly just bought any other thing that you might want to order. Good luck finding a clean table or a trashcan that’s not full, the bathrooms are disgusting. This is the worst run restaurant ever, but unfortunately we love the food.

Restaurant in hopkinsville Kentucky was way under staffed there was no communication between the employees the manager was yelling at the cooks who had no control of how fast the food was cooking. they were working as hard as they could.. the front line staff never even said hello we will not be returning to this store!

Staff have bad attitudes. Almost every time I come they get my order wrong. You’ll wait at the counter to give your order, employees see you waiting but continue with private conversations. No “we’ll be with you in a moment”. Staff uses profanity within ear shot of customers. Staff is just basically disorganized. If the food wasn’t as good as it is, I would not come back.

Midday on a Sunday, took 12 minutes to receive basic order, there was NO ketchup. No coke products. Floor was unsweep, trash containers were covered with open trash can next to them. Parking lot had trash everywhere. Restrooms were reasonably clean.
