I stopped by IHOP with the family I had their Strawberry Banana Pancake stack which was pretty good, the pancakes were fluffy and warm, with sweet strawberries and banana slices adding a nice fresh twist, servers were polite and the food came out timely. I liked this place as you can change it up everytime you go as that they offer a variety of good choices like omelettes, crepes, waffles, will keep coming back to one of my goto brunch places

We had an excellent experience at IHOP, and a big part of that was thanks to Sandra. She was, without a doubt, the best server we’ve had in a long time.
From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She anticipated every detail before we even had to ask — refills were always on time, our food arrived exactly as ordered, and she consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive.
What truly stood out was her attitude. Sandra serves with joy, professionalism, and care. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly values the customer experience. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and thoughtful in every interaction.
IHOP is fortunate to have someone like her representing their team. Sandra turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back — and we hope to be served by her again!

My son absolutely loves this IHOP! He’s crazy about their pancakes and always asks for the hot chocolate—it’s his favorite. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and we always have a great experience here. Very bad experience at IHOP Glendale
We were taken to three different tables, and all three were dirty. I finally decided to sit at a fourth table that appeared to be clean, but it had coffee stains from previous customers. On top of that, the syrup bottles were sticky at every table.
The young man assisting us seemed disoriented. He took a dry napkin out of his pocket and tried to clean the table, but he clearly did not sanitize it properly. I had to ask him to get the proper cleaning supplies to clean it correctly.
After all that, no waiter ever came to serve us. We are currently on our way to another place.
If you see this message, please consider having breakfast somewhere else. Coming here could ruin your day.

Sandra is the best waitress!!! I’m celiac and she took care of me and made sure my meal was 100% safe! I had the breakfast sampler with gluten free pancakes and the vanilla cold brew. My mom was also happy with her meal and again Sandra really is a charming waitress with a beautiful soul ✨

Sandra has been such an experience. She has been very attentive and the ambiance that I had received was very welcoming made me smile the minute we sat down to order our food. The food was very delicious, my favorite is the French toast with strawberry banana. She made sure we knew about the rewards loyalty and guided us through the whole way !!!! Having Sandra as my server has been the best part of coming to this location of IHOP. I hope I get to her more when I come in for breakfast. Thank you Sandra !!!

I came here with a friend for breakfast. She got the avocado toast, I got the multigrain pancakes with eggs. The service was fast. Yadiri S was our server, she was great. Super helpful, quick and made adjustments to the order when needed. Give her a raise, she’s a great server!
The atmosphere is a bit loud, but it’s a large restaurant so it’s to be expected. Wait time was zero for two people. We got a nice booth. Bathrooms could use updating, but they were clean. Parking is lot parking. Great experience, easy to order, thanks ihop!
