The heavy set girl with the light blue shirt was extremely rude and had an attitude about everything. Wouldn’t help the customer order. Ask them to use the kikos. Customer didn’t know how to so they said nevermind and walked out. Asked for sweet and sour sauce but they said 25 cent for them so I said nevermind but my daughter won’t eat without it. So went to get some and she mumbled something underneath her breathe. The. The manager said something to her and gave it to me. They gave me one ketchup for a 6 piece happy mean and fries. Put cheese on my hamburger happy meal. Very lazy ppl. Three sitting out in the lobby. When I asked for the sweet and sour. She walked past me and told someone else. I will not be coming back to this McDonalds.

Edit: I did stop again a few months ago. The employee’s have changed and the food was acceptable. While not overly friendly, they were not rude or disrespectful this visit.

Do not recommend!! I have visited this restaurant probably 30 to 40 times on the way to the lake, weekly for the last three years. Never do they smile, say Please or thank you, or acknowledge you even exist, other than to take your money. Often they leave out straws and napkins, but today I didn’t feel like getting out of the car to get my straw, I was sick so I went through the drive through to try to get some food and feel better. I had to get out of the car. Go back in the building. There were no straws or napkins available in the lobby. No one was at the register. They were all congregated by the window chatting. I was very upset I had to get out of the car when I didn’t feel well, so I tried to call and get them to bring it to me in the Carry out section. The phone went directly to voicemail. No one would answer! I went into the building. I asked someone to please give me some straws and napkins that they had neglected to give me in the drive through. What is the purpose of a drive through, If you have to get out of the car? Then the Employee that was at the window that made the mistake headed toward me with straws and napkins, and then he started to hand them to me. I reached for them, and he pulled back and said, “Don’t snatch them!”
I told him to give me my straw. He laid it on the counter, I picked them up and left. I let him know I would be doing a google review on his service and the service I received at this location. I am also going to notify corporate. There was never an apology for the omission, and the employee was extremely unprofessional.
Making me beg for a straw!

If you can order from your app it’s faster. Drinks behind the counter only. So forget refills. They walk past you and don’t asked what you need.

Food was so so. Chicken was very dry and hard was definitely not freshly made. Burger was cold, fries though were good. Bathrooms were really dirty, not a McDonalds I’d be visiting again.

this is the worst mcdonalds i’ve ever been to. i understand working at mcdonalds isn’t a great job, but if you apply to work at a job, you need to actually do the job. you don’t get paid to be on your phone. one of our burgers was raw in the middle, and they forgot our chicken nuggets and a straw. i’d be more understanding if the restaurant was in a rush, but it wasn’t and this is what we get for three orders for $40 total. i hope this mcdonalds get shut down

I came here on a Sunday morning so it was not very busy. Everyone working there was polite, and most of the customers were quite friendly. Everyone seemed to be having a good time.

The afternoon crew just throw your burger together any type of way. They do not care at all. Back in the day your lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes was spread out now they pile it all on one side of your bun. And I hardly ever get fresh fries, hard and hurt my mouth.

Aren’t fish nets for long hair obligated? Anyways… we went inside to eat and waited so long for our order. When it arrive there was missing items and we asked for regular mcchicken but received spicy ones. We politely went back and even the manager or supervisor was giving us attitude.
