First visit here.

Food was pretty good, pretty expensive for what it is though. Smash burger was tasty, chips were spot on. Mozzarella bites were lovely.

Service, was great and not so great, waited a wee while to get our order in, finished our starters and waited 10/15 for our table to get cleared. Waitress was great, however might be understaffed and had to wait a few tables herself.

Id probably visit again, was a good enough meal and the food was tasty. 3.5/5

Was very busy with families and kids. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. A bit expensive but the food was good. Ana the waitress was nice.

Recently visited TGI Friday’s and was quite disappointed. I used to love this restaurant, but it’s definitely looking a bit run down and could do with a wee upgrade. When we arrived, the front area was really busy with families and young kids, and we were seated at a side table with almost no lighting — we actually had to use our phone torches to read the menu. We don’t usually ask to move, but the staff were very accommodating and moved us to another table… which then had a light brighter than the sun! Definitely something they need to look at overall.

We ordered starters and mains, but after waiting quite a while, everything came out at once. I ordered the mac and cheese and sadly I couldn’t eat it — it was really runny, tasted like it came from a tin, and had very little cheese. My partner had the Jack Daniels chicken which I normally love, but even that wasn’t great and was absolutely smothered in sauce. We ended up having to swap meals.

Another thing I noticed was the bar selection — surprisingly limited. For a place known for cocktails, there seemed to be loads of bottles of the exact same spirit rather than a good range.

The best part of the visit was definitely the service — the staff were lovely, checked in regularly and were very friendly when it came to paying the bill.

Overall, a disappointing visit to a place we used to really enjoy. Hopefully things improve.

First things first.

The staff was nice, I cannot remember the name of our waitress but I think it was Holly? I could be wrong I remember her being blonde/ginger (apologies if I got everything wrong) she was very kind and brought our food in a decent amount of time.

The endless wings were alright the chicken itself properly cooked but I only got them due to my friends saying they were good not knowing that the sauce was going to be too sweet and I could not finish my plate after 4 plates.

The fries were very very good so props to them for that!

Overall not a bad restaurant chain will probably come back again if not to this one than to another one in the future!

Reason for a 3 is because it was too sweet so I couldn’t finish it but if I could give it another rating it’d be 3.5 out of 5!

Updated to 5 Stars. I really enjoyed my recent visit. Much improved service since my first visit, seated and served quickly, all menu items available and the food was fantastic! I will definitely return again in the future.

This is a great improvement on my first visit back in September 2019 when I left a disappointed 3 star review: “Had to wait at the bar for a table for 15 minute which is not the end of the world but some items unavailable from bar menu while waiting and service was a bit slow throughout my visit. The place was not particularly busy, just low on staff. The food was good but not great. Felt it was a little pricy for what we got. Overall not a bad place for a meal but will try other food options at the fort first before I return.”

Don’t know what’s happened to this once respected brand. Food was overpriced crap and the service was below average. The cajun chicken pasta is a criminal offence (fraud) at 22 pounds. A slither of chicken with about 20 tubes of pasta and a bitter sauce from a tin. It was also cold as well. Staff standing about chatting in a group at the till isnt a good look and was ignored whilst walking out the door.

Our waiter (can’t remember his name) was second to none. The food was OK. There could have been more chips with the kids’ meal. I also asked for just cucumber sticks on the kids’ meal, and they gave 3 small sticks. Starters were lovely. Adult meals were OK. The kids meal was brought out with the starters but as there was a long wait for our mains my daughter had finished by the the time we got them. Overall, overpriced food and milkshakes & that was us on the deal menu and receiving a blue light discount. It was £60 (should have been £70) for £30 max worth of food. I doubt we will be back

A trendy, vibrant atmosphere with great views. The new Times Square starter for sharing is excellent – a must try!! The warrior burger is the complete entity and the cookie dough sundae desert rounded off the meal. Staff were busy yet attentive. Big thanks to our server Rachel who was buzzing around keeping everyone replenished with their food and drinks. We’ll be Back!!!
