This is going to be some of the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time. They got our order right on the first time and mine was Chuck full of substitutions. Barely any weight everything was proper bathroom was clean I give six stars if I could.

It’s actually surprising how much can be wrong with one order….i don’t know if it was waiting in the drive through for a half hour for an online order, or 2/3 of the drinks being wrong, it may have been that 3 items were wrong out of 5 but I believe they all warranted 1 star. I did appreciate the wonderful customer service when they forgot 2 of my items and they questioned me 3 times if I was correct as if they didn’t have the receipt in front of them. I particularly liked the “what did you order again” lol. What an adventure.

From watery beef and soggy tacos to watching the employees scream and yell at eachother during lunch rush, this place has it all. Last time I was in I sat there for about 15 minutes in a fairly empty dining area waiting for my food that never came. After getting my drink and watching 3 or 4 people come in, order, and get their food in a matter of minutes I finally asked what the issue was.. to which they didnt have an answer other than “looks like someone mught have cleared it”. Far from “fast” food and “quality” is not in their vocabulary. Unfortunate this is the closest location to my work because the Taco Bell in Pasadena absolutely kills it every time during some of the worst rushes I have seen. Not sure if it’s a manager issue or what but this place needs some work. Not to mention how dirty the floors are.. the tiles are caked in black over the brown and tan. My wet shoes scuffed a spot cleaner than their mops do in the time it took to get my order..

If I could i would give it a -0 star review.Went to order a veggie bowl one of my favorite meals from tacobell that i order atleast twice a week on my way to work first of all line was too long had to wait in the drive thru for 20mins so i ended up being late for work,second of all currently in the breakroom trying to get my food and heat it up but the bowl just has some little rice, beans and lettuce. No sour cream or avocado and chesse and like it should. The food looks like someone ate it and didn’t finish it approximately 5 spoonfuls and the bowl is done. I have to throw the food away because I don’t trust it and I’m never getting any food from tacobell

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Whoever is in charge at night needs to be seriously reconsidered. i made a mobile order ahead of time. they were packed sure but it took about 5 minutes between each car if not more, there was about 5-6 cars in front of me. and then when i got to the window the order still wasn’t ready. then didn’t let me know just kept awkwardly looking back at the window. i waited almost an hour for a very normal order. i thought maybe they were understaffed. no no they were not there was at least 6 people i had seen. 3 of them were talking right by the window just standing there hardly working doing the bare minimum.

Don’t go here, read last few reviews and see the pattern, got into drive thru lane at 552 pm on a Tuesday, by 618 we still had 0 food. Asked the person at the window what’s up, “I don’t make the food, when it’s made I’ll bring it up” yea sure i get that just trying to figure out why there’s such a long wait. 0 explanation, no waiting on xyz, just the food ain’t ready you will get it when you get it. Horrible customer service, at that point just asked for a refund as I didn’t trust or expect them to be able to get us food in a reasonable time.

This particular Taco Bell has issues each time we visit here. The wait for your order is extremely too long. Could be staffing along with proper Leadership . Hope they get it together soon. Crew leader seems to be having a disagreement with another employee in front of the customer. Unbelievable

Long long long long lines ! lol I waited 25 mins in line just to get out of line and leave because between the 34$ for 2 meals and a fry and the wait, yeah no! I had had enough. Good luck is all I have to say & better hope you got extra money to blow. That price is ridiculous. You can make tacos at home with left overs for cheaper. I havent been inside in years but I can imagine, it hasnt changed by much.. small and dirty.

This location must work harder on service. We ordered a Supreme Luxe Box just to get home and find we are missing a primary item. We are also not happy that the tortilla chips are coated with cinnamon. It appears the chips are stored near where they have the dessert cinnamon twists. We ordered the dragonfruit freeze, but they are out of the syrup so we got just the freeze. Very disappointed.

I ordered at the window with several modifications. They got everything right with plenty sauce in my bag! I used to work at this store when I was in highschool. The store is still clean and great service. Always my first stop when I come home to visit.
