This location can no longer call the service “fast food” because nothing is fast. After waiting 15 minutes on a mobile order, I was given the wrong food and had to go back. Then they tried telling me I didn’t order at this location (but I had). I’ll start going to another location.

I have never waited longer at a Taco Bell. No one seemed to be in charge. Over 30 minutes for a simple order. The restaurant was not even busy. Plenty of other options in the area, so stay away from here.

Don’t know what type of late night restaurant doesn’t accept drive-thru orders at 9:00 pm, but apparently it’s this one. October 26th, 2025 was told we are only accepting doordash orders, went out of my way to specifically go to this one because I usually enjoy it. Not going here anymore. My original post is under this I’m going to have to change my review. Ever since the good rating I gave them the food hasn’t been very good and I just went there for breakfast it’s 7:53 and nobody is there but the sign says it opens at 7. There was a lady sitting outside on the ground that had a Taco Bell shirt on.
Lovvvve this Taco Bell especially the breakfast! It’s always fresh !! Please keep up the good work !

I had to change my comment. It was a one star and it is another one start again because the last time I was there, they didn’t have the cheesy beef burritos, but I’m wash the street in Lynhurst Street. They do have the cheesy beef burritos and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes just to get five items in Plainfield. I don’t know if they’re under staff or they are just not paying attention not really sure. But this place really needs a manager to tell them to pay attention. If you’re a customer and you’re coming here be advised if you’re getting a big order you’re gonna be waiting at least an hour or more. I’m sorry to tell you the truth but good luck and enjoy the wait time.

Don’t do business with this Taco Bell
Manager is very rude. Most (not all) of the employees are terribly rude and give bad service.
They’ve been giving drastically reduced meat portions on their entrees. I’m talking 1/3 of what they’re supposed to give you. They also don’t let you order at the register anymore.
And the last straw for me was when I found RAW GROUND BEEF in my taco today
Nope. This location won’t be getting money from me anymore.

We ordered chicken because my husband is ALLERGIC to red meat. I called to let them know they messed up the order. The guy legit argued with me saying it said beef of his screen. I let him know it was no big deal but they could’ve killed my husband. Just a heads up to always check your order and make sure you have a receipt. It wasn’t worth a refund because we were dumb and didn’t check ONE thing before we got home. Once i reviewed the order, i called back to let them know it was an error on the screen. When i did, Cody reviewed my order as chicken. The guy who made my order blatantly lied to cover his butt. Nice.

Called the order in during my drive home so I’d be able to just pick it up at the drive thru but still had to wait 10 min in line. Thought the food would be fresh after such a long wait but sadly it still appeared thrown together. The chicken avocado ranch wrap was dry and missing the ranch. Skimpiest tacos ever and they cost as much as at the Mexican restaurant so it’s definitely not worth it
Next time I’ll go somewhere else so I can get what I pay for!
