The manager of this company is a true smart ass when you call because there’s one piece of steak on each piece of your quesadilla and she wants to argue with you about it being the correct amount on there and it’s not is Beyond ridiculous this company needs to get it together or you all need to be shut down

The woman working in there this morning around 11 was killing it! Pushing out drive thru, take out and DoorDash orders quickly and with a smile on her face. Shoutout to her, working hard on Christmas Eve! My food was so good too, fresh, hot and good amount of meat and toppings. Big thank you to her❤️ I have been to this Taco Bell a few times and it wasn’t as good as it was today, but still good every time I’ve gone before. The workers are always very nice.

The worst taco bell in town. Althought the employees can be nice but I can’t help but to notice the lack of grooming standards, and cleanliness. This is a hint to the quality of service that is to come when you order here. The food comes fast but not always warm. Sometimes it’s almost cold by the time you get home. At first they claimed the grill/steamer is broken or the breakers would pop they used them. But even now they seem to avoid using them. I’ve received quesadillas and cheesy gordita crunches with cheese un-melted multiple. Avoid this taco smell if you can.
With all these things considered and looking over other reviews, this place clearly has a problem with food safety standards, unprofessional employees and degradation of the facility and equipment. Corporate really need to audit this location.

UPDATED: also they care only for the drive thru and not the door dash been waiting 12mins seen more cars leave and not one of my orders. I’m a door dasher 1st time picking up from here went into the lobby they asked for my orders I showed them. Then another lady chubby and brown all I remember came and said the lobby is closed. I told her I’m door dash and she said it’s still closed. I get it but if I was in there already before you locked the door ain’t my problem it’s yours don’t take it out on me. Rude one word to describe.

This was absolutely one of the worst experiences at taco bell I have ever had. After waiting over 30 minutes for 3 tacos I asked for the corporate number and was told to google it. That is absolutely unacceptable. I have worked fast food for many years so I know what its like and that was not something you tell a customer. 100% calling corporate and will absolutely never order from this store again.

No longer need people to take order all automated on kiosk taco shells not even cooked just taken out of package and filling was minimal. Frozen drink was good though
