Red Robin in Brentwood delivered a fantastic dining experience! We started with the chips and guac—crispy, perfectly salted chips paired with creamy, flavorful guacamole. For the main course, we ordered chicken burgers, and they were absolutely delicious—juicy, well-seasoned, and served on soft, fresh buns with all the right toppings. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. Everything came out hot and fresh, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. If you’re in the area and craving a satisfying meal, Red Robin Brentwood is definitely worth a visit!

We waited 45min outside after we gave our name and another 20min at the table for the order to be taken Only to be told it will be another 30min for the food to arrive as there are new ppl in the kitchen. We had to leave as we had kids in our group. Not good experience.

They have one of the best Gourmet burgers . Lotta parking and nice ambience. Nice location with high street stores. Right at the exit for convenience. Wait times are quiet longer so book in advance. Have many handicap ♿️ parking available. prices are very reasonable.

Red Robin delivered a wonderful lunch! We order 2 great hamburgers with everything on them and with fries. The fries were wonderful and huge. The hamburgers were absolutely delicious. The service was Great and the atmosphere was relaxed. Everything came out hot and fresh, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. In addition, we order 3 hamburgers & fries to go with the everything on them for my family at home. The hamburgers were still hot when we got home. My family, my sister, brother-in-law, and friend at home stated that they had never had such a great hamburger anywhere. We are all looking forward to returning to Red Robin soon !!! First off our server came and took our order and then went on break without telling us then another server checked in on us didn’t introduce himself or say he was our new server. My drink never came and when I mentioned at the end of my meal it never came all she said is “I’ll take it off” didn’t apologize for not getting me my drink. We both ordered our burgers cooked medium and both were well done who wants a dry burger. Took 30 minutes to get food after order. Double charged us on sauce. The way they seat people didn’t make sense they say they have to seat people based off the arrival list. Well if the next on the list has 4 guest and there are 6 two top tables available then they can’t go to the next party on the list that has 2 guests. We literally had to look at a bunch 2 top tables for like 20 min till some 4 top tables freed up so they can sit the people next on the list.

This was our first time dining here, and unfortunately it was a horrible experience. It took about 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Drinks and an appetizer came out, but after waiting over an hour total, our meals never arrived. We asked for updates and were told the server would check with the manager, but no one followed up. Tables seated after us were served before us. We ultimately had to leave without eating.

I want to give a five-star review to our server — Will!! He had amazing energy, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and provided prompt, attentive service. He was also very mindful of my daughter’s gluten-free and dairy-free allergies, which we truly appreciated. Excellent experience all around!

Burgers were juicy and fries were excellent. Onion rings were out of this world. I made the mistake of getting a gluten free bun, don’t get a gluten free bun!!! It taste like cardboard. I’m giving this place 4 stars only because our drinks never came until after food was delivered and when asked what side dipping sauces we wanted, we had to ask three times for them, after the food sat for 15 min and got cold. All in all, good family place to eat, the waiting staff need help from their management to ensure a good customer experience. This is not the fault of the waiters and waitresses, it is a leadership issue. Will Red Robin fix this?

What happened??? OMG… Fries were cold, burgers were cold and asked for ranch like 3 times. We weren’t the only table either. Won’t go back most likely. Shame.

The tower onion rings is our favorite – so crunchy. I like the Sunset Lemonade – the sourness is right for me and it’s bottomless 😀 of course we also love the bottomless fries. Thank you to our server, Christina, who had helped making my daughter’s birthday memorable. She is so attentive and keeps making sure if we have everything we need.

10/10 recommend! My parents and I went on a Sunday afternoon and we had the best experience ever with any Red Robin restaurant. Shout out to our server Nathalie, she was very attentive and gave us amazing service! She even made sure that we never ran out of fries and the food came out quick. We sat down, ordered, and got our food in 15 minutes. The bottomless fries portions were more than what we expected because other restaurants usually give us like 10 pieces of fries lol. This is the only Red Robin that we’ll be coming back to on the regular (:

Red Robin experience: arrival 1pm. Server came to table at 106pm… unacceptable.
5 tables in my area has people. Not busy at all.
Took my order at 108pm.
Time to get water – never offered. I had to ask.
Time to get drink – 10 minutes
Time to get entree – 8 minutes
Server never introduced herself by name. She was also cleaning tables. Understaffed I guess.
Didn’t see my server the last 15 minutes of my visit. I checked out on the dirty table kiosk. Still have her 20% tip, nonetheless.
When you enter this place, there’s nobody at the host stand. Someone is playing waitress and host. Waitresses are busing tables. The place does seem clean and organized. I didn’t go to the bathroom. The food was amazing. And the salad was perfect with the right amount of dressing. But what’s lacking in food service is actually the service. They are not giving you an experience any longer. They drop off your food and rarely check on you. Unfortunately, this leads to low tips and people quitting. But the root cause of all this is not being paid minimum wage or livable wage in the first place. I won’t be going back to this location but I’m still a fan of Red Robin.
