This by far has been the best experience in any fast food I’ve had everyone was so nice food came out super quick everything tasted great and the big Mac was loaded with sauce (didn’t request) but I loved it. Went up to ask for a refill expecting for them just to grab my cup and refill it but they gave me a new one! And that was amazing it made me very happy the staff working around noon to 2 deserve a raise best experience ever!

It’s a McDonalds and it’s close to the freeway, we were tired and hungry and need of a rest as were travelling interstate and farther north into Michigan. We don’t exactly come into McDonald’s with high expectations but the chicken strips and fries we ordered were fine. The service was slow as it seemed they were under staffed with just one guy serving both indoor and drive through customers at the same time. He was very apologetic though that we had to wait. Finished off with an ice cream sundae topped off with caramel which we actually took out to the car to have as it was so cold inside with their air conditioning.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD’S I’VE EVER BEEN TO. There is absolutely no customer service, the workers are so rude. The dining area inside is filthy every time I‘ve been there. When you have to clean your own table, there’s problems. Also, I got a fish filet sandwich & I received a half of a half of American Cheese. Really? I should receive a whole piece of cheese for what they charge. Really? I feel the Health Inspectors need to check this McDonald’s, it’s disgusting & I will Never go back. It’s very convenient getting off the expressway. You won’t get my business & no one else’s that I know. I’m so disappointed at McDonald’s as a whole. You should be ashamed. The people that own this franchise, obviously don’t care. Needs a lot of training for the employees & managers. Even the girl that brought our food to our table, was bitchy with an attitude & just plopped down the tray & walked away. They should be happy to have a job. So so disappointed in McDonald’s. Never go to this McDonald’s, it’s dirty, rude employees & the food sucked!!!!

Took them a half hour to give me burnt fries (crunchy through and through) and a Dr Pepper. Absolutely awful. Good luck finding a clean table as well. Additionally they forgot about my wife’s order and gave it to her cold anyways. Don’t offer to replace the COLD fries or anything. No salt either. What a joke.

Be sure to use the app here. If you don’t, then plan to order through the kiosk inside. You have to arrive early to get breakfast. This place is slammed on the weekends. It’s very busy here and the lines are long. People are hungry. This is Exit One coming into Michigan. There are many restaurants in town if this is too busy.

The employees and manager were all in good spirits which helps as a customer. Our food was fresh and made how we ordered them. The bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. The whole restaurant was clean. No long lines and waiting was very minimal.

I waited a very long time to get my order probably close to an hour. When the food was brought to us not everything was in there. Bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper.

Good McDonalds location with no counter service you have to order on the kiosk and pickup only at the counter. Food is standard stuff, but location has a pleasant atmosphere and on a sunny day it was really nice to sit inside and enjoy a break from the drive on nearby I-94 Highway. Overall a good visit
