First, my chicken had a hair cooked into it — completely unacceptable and unsanitary. My milkshake was even worse. It had spoiled milk chunks in it and tasted sour, clearly not fresh. On top of that, the dining area was dirty. Tables had crumbs and debris all over them, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant looked neglected. If the front of the store looks like that, it makes you question what’s happening in the kitchen.
Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there.
The next day, both my friend and I developed severe symptoms consistent with food poisoning — nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Even more concerning, my friend’s 8-year-old sister also became sick after eating from this location and had to be taken to the hospital. She is currently recovering.
This is no longer just about bad service or poor presentation — this is a serious food safety issue. When multiple people get sick within 24 hours of eating the same meal, especially after already seeing clear sanitation problems, that points to major failures in food handling and quality control.
Corporate and the owner need to investigate this location immediately. No family should have to deal with a hospital visit because of a fast-food meal. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to take this seriously before someone else gets hurt.
Soooo my order was ready for 15 minutes and when it was given to me it was cold.
Their window doesnt automatically open so I felt bad for the worker who had to push and hold it open.
Corporate should pay more attention to their stores and help them by ensuring their online ordering process works and even simple things like the drive thru window…
