am extremely disappointed and honestly disturbed by my experience at this Sonic Drive-In.

First, my chicken had a hair cooked into it — completely unacceptable and unsanitary. My milkshake was even worse. It had spoiled milk chunks in it and tasted sour, clearly not fresh. On top of that, the dining area was dirty. Tables had crumbs and debris all over them, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant looked neglected. If the front of the store looks like that, it makes you question what’s happening in the kitchen.

Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there.

The next day, both my friend and I developed severe symptoms consistent with food poisoning — nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Even more concerning, my friend’s 8-year-old sister also became sick after eating from this location and had to be taken to the hospital. She is currently recovering.

This is no longer just about bad service or poor presentation — this is a serious food safety issue. When multiple people get sick within 24 hours of eating the same meal, especially after already seeing clear sanitation problems, that points to major failures in food handling and quality control.

Corporate and the owner need to investigate this location immediately. No family should have to deal with a hospital visit because of a fast-food meal. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to take this seriously before someone else gets hurt.

The tater tots were hot like they just cooked them. And my burger was also hot. Glad I got to enjoy a hot meal. Unlike other places I’ve been when your food is maybe warm. Sure will be back again

Drive through. But dang!!! You would have thought there was only one person doing all the jobs. I got fries and tots and was in line for 15m at 230. Not even busy. Very good fries and tots, but over $11 for 1 large of each? They used to be huge, but now they are no bigger than a McDonald’s large for almost $6. Good fries and tots but not worth it.

What the hell is this?? My order is completely different than the one I received. A soaked ketchup filled burger with whatever the burritos is, it’s so frustrating to place a mobile order and for everything to come out entirely wrong. I paid extra for condiments to and didn’t even get that… don’t get no tots either it’s like they just gave me food and said hit the road

The double smash-burger was delicious. Reminded me of a Whataburger which are very satisfying. I ordered it with tots, but got crinkle cut fries once the bag was opened. 50% for order quality assurance on this visit. Worth a second visit to see what the other items taste like.

We ordered online. We parked and put info into the app. We waited 15 minutes and no one ever came. Other people were waiting also. We went through the drive thru. We were told their online ordering doesnt tell them when a customer has arrive and they dont check.
Soooo my order was ready for 15 minutes and when it was given to me it was cold.
Their window doesnt automatically open so I felt bad for the worker who had to push and hold it open.
Corporate should pay more attention to their stores and help them by ensuring their online ordering process works and even simple things like the drive thru window…

Waited in the drive-through for over eight minutes at 3 o’clock on a Saturday. My order was never taken. I was the only person in line. There were multiple employees smoking and talking in the parking lot. It took less time to drive down the street to a KFC order my food and get it. I’d recommend going there instead.

My first experience at a sonics. Got 1/4lb cheesburgers. The patties we paper thin. Had no flavor. Didn’t even taste like cooked meat. Tasted like it was steamed. Total disappointment. Will never return. Just awful!

The food is always so good but the service is frankly awful. Went home and wanted to put more ice in my drink just to find a bug in it… Sucks because there aren’t many sonic’s around and the food is good, i hope their service improves

Bummer of a sonics really. Don’t get me wrong it’s still sonic, so the food is as to expect. The problem lies in the service, which is laughably bad. I had gone down the drive-thru to get a milkshake, and they told me they “don’t do any ice cream on Tuesdays”??. On top of that, I can understand when it’s busy, and things slow down. 30 minutes for a milkshake though is a little silly. Please give me my food without giving me sass that is all I ask I am begging. Also I really don’t understand the point of a dine-in area if it sits unused and closed 24/7, seems like a waste of money and space but I’m not a business major so what do I know. Could be worse, could’ve been a Burger King
