The balsamic and grain salad had a one inch piece of avocado on it, so much different the photo. Less then a teaspoon of feta and bad lettuce. It was terrible.
It also feels like they almost can’t afford to be in business.
Alisa (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), went above and beyond to rectify the mistake made and did it all with a smile and a pleasant attitude.
I love panera and I’m so glad that you’ve hired people like her who show true care for customers and issues that may arise. Her customer service was amazing and truly made this experience worth getting out of bed early to get breakfast!
Food was as expected for a Panera but I wasn’t given any butter for my baguette sides and my salad was completely dry with no side of dressing.
The employees were nice when asked for things and seemed content being there but the place is just a mess.
There’s ample parking in this Plaza where it’s located. It even has a drive-thru if you don’t want to go inside.
Like every other time I’ve went there, the staff has been friendly. This restaurant was not available in Texas so every time I went in I’ve always had the cashier pick something that was their favorite, for me to eat.
And this time around I got the chicken burger that I’m told is arrival of chick-fil-a’s. A couple that with some mac and cheese and a beverage. The wife went with the Margarita Pizza that she loves, a sandwich and beverage. Both of them come with bread but there’s a few other choices that you can choose from if you’re not a bread fan.
The food is tasty as always and I definitely would recommend the place to anyone who wanted to try. The only thing that I would say is the price tag is not like other fast food restaurants. Our food came to $42 so basically $20 per person as opposed to the $10 to $15 that seems to be the average at other places.
I personally feel the food is well worth it.
The manager has built an amazing team, and it really shows. Even on the rare occasion when an order isn’t quite right, they’re quick to fix it with kindness and professionalism.
This morning reminded me again why I love this place so much. As I pulled in, I saw a gentleman picking up trash in the parking lot. I decided to join him and soon learned he was actually the general manager! That kind of leadership says a lot—when the person in charge takes pride in the details and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. It shows true care and commitment, and it made my morning.
UPDATE:
Had to change my review. Because since their food is good but orders to go or for delivery always and e.v.e.r.y s.i.n.g.l.e time gets messed up!!! Especially when you order through their app.
Update 8/5/25:
My son got a salad and it looks like they poured the whole dressing bottle to it, looks the server was not having a good day because we had to ask about our drinks she didn’t had the courtesy to say they are getting prepared or something.
