Terrible service all the time. Not just this one example but many times the food is cold, the microphone is broken and they will always and I mean always park you. Even if you order fries alone. They have zero urgency and don’t mind giving you cold brown soggy fries. This has been going on for months. Don’t know who they put in charge recently , but they don’t care about the image of the business at all. Even during rush hour when you think the food has to be hot because it’s getting cooked and handed out fast, nope. Wait 15 minutes then get cold food. Every damn time. Save yourself some time and go to college park or camp creek. They have managers that care about the customers

I ordered a number two, which is the five finger chicken plate with extra fries. My ticket time was at 11:19 AM. I received my meal at 11:22, The quality of the food was terrible. I returned back to the store to ask for A replacement it was great with quick abruptness and tow. The items were fresh however, as you can see in the video, the food does not appear to refresh. I am seeking to speak with someone from this establishment.

So I guess once your order show as uber or DoorDash they just do not care what they send out the door to their customers. Boneless wings or hard rocks? the 5 fries they decide to give you hard and stale. No condiments and the smallest tenders available to go on a piece of bread. The price you all charge for the horrible service and food quality is ridiculous. Then when you call to contact them once you get an answer that’s it nobody else is coming to the phone and your issue will never be addressed. I would have rather you all just remade my food and I pick it up… yall need to do better

Yesssssss and all was right with the world. This was my remake and they definitely did their thing. They were extra busy but handling it like pros and still remaining friendly. Even tho the chick in the back had a attitude. I wasn’t mad about that at all because i knew that meant my food was gone be on point. Lol she was just passionate about her job, she was on point with them orders so she get a pass. I would like to thank the manager for reaching out and making it right. Everything was fresh and made correctly minus the extra garlic aioli i asked for but I’m sure it was just a simple mishap. The whole team was really on point.

Worst experience at a Zaxby’s I’ve ever had. Placed an online order and went to pick up and they had given it out to someone else. It took at least 20 more minutes to finally get two grilled chicken sandwiches. We were traveling and it added a good extra 30-45 minutes to our time. I like their food fine but they are getting worse with online mobile pick up orders. I won’t stop at that location again. They were having trouble with other orders as well.
Update: Changed to 3 stars for service instead of one. I did contact them via the link they replied with and the manager at the location reached out and credited the amount back to my original form of payment. They did apologize and I received the credit within a couple of days. I appreciate the quick responsiveness to my concerns.

I keep giving this location a chance and y’all just can’t get it right. I decided to try the chicken philly and i waited in line a long time. Got to the window had to be pulled up, assuming because my food was being cooked. Y’all why did i do all that waiting only for these folks to give me a burnt up philly mane. I should have checked it from the glance i took it looked ok. I get home and see a burnt piece at the top and i bite into it anyway. At first i thought they mistakenly gave me a grilled chicken philly but i had two good pieces of meat on top so i knew it wasn’t wrong. It was burnt meat throughout and from top to bottom. Even under the bottom of the area i circled you can see burnt meat. They did me real dirty and my chicken bacon ranch fries were half fries and cheese and the other half had all the toppings it came with and once again they barely filled one side. I keep going because the staff is great customer service wise but caring about how they handing out food and preparation is terrible. Zaxby’s is not cheap and y’all have to get it together. This the third time in a row my chicken bacon ranch fries just be half tale thrown together literally. Food offen times don’t even be fresh considering the wait time. Please fix it and i need a remake at least. I let y’all slide the last two times after complaining once before.

The service here is extremely concerning, I waited 10 minutes on my food just to get some burnt,hard may have been old fries . I’m glad I checked before I got home. For you to put that in someone box is wrong, you clearly can see the food before sending it out so to still do it knowing how it looks and is shows you don’t care and if that’s the case you don’t need to be working around no food period, This location is very disappointing.
