I have been craving some burgers, and Five Guys is within walking distance to my hotel. I placed my to-go order online and headed out. My order was ready by the time I arrive there (5-7 minutes). An employee at the counter asked for my name and handed me a bag as my order was ready. I wanted to eat my lunch in my hotel room where I would be comfortable. I am always amazed to see how big their “small fries” is!! The cheeseburger and “small” Cajun fries were so fulfilling so that I am definitely skipping dinner.
It was past 1 pm on a Saturday, and there were a plenty of seatings and parking spots available.

This afternoon I felt very fortunate to have had been at this establishment before the lunch rush which was my lunch break at approximately 12:15. However I feel like my luck was not luck when I received the worst meal I had ever paid money for. There were three young men working there. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a regular fry and a drink. I got my order to go as I work at a school no more than 5 minutes away from this establishment. My burger was completely wrong it was a double cheeseburger no bacon mushrooms with fried onions and my burger was completely soaked and unedible. I tried to eat the burger with a fork and toss the rest however it was disgusting and I just ended up throwing a large amount of food away I tried to salvage my meal by eating the small amount of fries at the bottom of my bag out of an empty cup however said fries were more salt than fries and those were disposed of as well. I highly recommend staying away from this establishment as I assume most people have and this is why they had nobody in line, in the parking lot, or in the restaurant. I feel like staff should be trained properly on how to handle food package food. As well as maybe getting an order right. Highly recommend staying away from this location. I hate to be rude but zero Stars

I asked for fry sauce on my to go order and the fry cook stated that they are for to go orders only… um ok, my order it to go but whatever. Then eating the fries they were limp and soggy, and normally for a large fries you get a bunch of fries dumped in the bottom, but the cup wasn’t full and no extra, like they needed to conserve some for some reason. It was lunch time but there were no lines and not too busy. It was just a crappy experience. Not sure if it’s the location or just an off day, but it was a bummer. Update, I was reached out by Five Guys and the have asked for another chance to improve their service. I appreciate the effort and that they personally reached out to me to address the situation. This felt like they really care and want to improve their issues when they arise. I feel like this makes a difference and its not just about taking my money for a burger and more like they want me to come back. I love the effort. When I go back I will update my review, but for now improving to 3 stars. Further update, I did another to go order and everything was right this time. No issues with fry sauce, fries were crispy and burgers were good. The cashier was new so a few things on the order were wrong but otherwise it was great.

Fabulous burger!! I mean, wow! I am floored at the quality of taste and texture of the burger. Full of flavor. There is no overpowering beef smell. It was perfect! I had grilled onions, mustard, mayo, lettuce, and ketchup on my cheese burger.
The fries I got a small, with Cajun seasoning. The heat hit me about halfway in, so I needed sauce. The special sauce was perfect for the fries, so I added some to the burger, and it blew my mind!
The seasoning makes the fries perfect. If you ad sauce, it will dilute the taste but creates a whole new flavor! It was great switching back and forth from the flavors.
They have no bun options, and the staff treated me like I owned the place.
5 stars, fast, friendly, and super clean.
Extra plus for having baby changing tables in their restrooms. I can’t tell you how many restaurants make you change your baby on the floor or your lap. Well done, 5 guys!

I’m fond of five guys but had never been to this one. I’ve never seen a five guys be stingy with the fries but there it was 7.99 worth of fries that barely fill the cup. I’m not sure if this is just the new normal in 2025 or if it’s an off day but it sucks when you’re used to a large fry being enough to share and then it’s less that what used to come in a regular.

This place has great food. Period. I got a strawberry shake, and every sip had chunks of real strawberry. The fries were made from potatoes in Idaho, and they were hot, salty, and crispy. The burger was SO good. Definitely competing for best burger in the state. Overall, this place has quality food. The price matches the quality, but I don’t find it too expensive. I’ve attached a photo of my receipt and the menu so you can check out the prices.

I have come to this Five Guys location a few times and every time I get great service! I love the food! Five Guys is one of the few places where I can get a great hamburger in a lettuce wrap because I have dietary restrictions. When I order my food, Conner was the employee who helped me, he asked if it was due to an allergy and then makes sure it is communicated to the other employees preparing the food. I cannot express how important this is. I live in Georgia and the Five Guys employees here do not understand how important that is.

Nico who was my cashier was super nice and brought my salt seasoned fries outside to the outdoor patio. What he did not know was my multiple schlerosis was making me tired as well as my sore right knee. Thank you so much for the excellent service, Nicole! I will be back for your delicious burgers.
